“We just moved from Jersey City to Keyport and we have already been missing the quality of restaurants we previously had access to....until Half Moon. Everything was excellent from the ambiance to the cocktails to the food. First, the cocktails were unique and delicious and so fairly priced. The food was prepared with fresh ingredients and we loved everything. We had the short rib Mac and cheese, whipped ricotta and the chicken sandwich in Thai chili sauce. The owners were lovely and we really enjoyed our conversation with them. We look forward to coming back.“

“This was an absolute hidden gem! We were trying to find something midway for our friends meeting us and decided to try it. What a pleasant surprise! Our waiter was super nice and provided great service. They even accommodated a special request of clams on the half shell, and they were great. Shrimp scampi over linguine was tasty and lobster ravioli was delicious and even came with half a lobster tail. Desserts were great too. Definitely will be back. Ambiance was a little dated, but it was clean including the bathrooms.“

“I absolutely loved it here. Drinks were good (got a frozen mango margarita & spiked strawberry/mint lemonade). Food was good (french onion soup, thai chili calamari, reuben sandwich, BLT burger). Service and ambiance were good. Prices are fair and the free popcorn? ? No complaints. This place is officially my/my bf's new spot.“

“Everything was amazing from start to finish. The margaritas were a delicious as always. For appetizers we had the cheese curds which we always get and love especially the roost sauce. Along with trying something new and the pierogies, the carmelized onion reduction did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I split the burger which is by far our absolute favorite. Then we went with the chocolate chip cookies and milkshake for dessert which was so yummy. We also had the absolute sweetest and nicest waitress! Thank you for a wonderful date night dinner and dining experience!“

“I’m not even done eating and I have to post a review. The food is amazing, cooked like a high end restaurant. The staff are extremely nice and very attentive. I had the Fiesta Burger, medium rare and it was cooked PERFECT. This place is a staple.“

“Grabbed a drink here before a show at Count Basie. Greeted promptly by the bartender, asked if I wanted another round with great timing, she was friendly and courteous. Pricing was fair. The bar was a bit busy but probably because there was a show that night. Didn't rate the food because I didn't eat here.“

“Went here on a Saturday. Bartender Laura was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the working of the bar and food. Etc. Cute little "dive bar". Right up our alley. Not noisy. The patrons were all locals and friendly. We had a few drinks. Played some pool and left. Will definitely be back for lunch or their Sunday brunch.“

“They charge you on soda refills which was $3.50 a pop. It should be noted they charge for refills. I didn't see any notation on the menu. I may have missed it, but next time I'll order only one. It is BYOB place. I wonder if I can bring a soda??“

“Decent dive/sports bar. Cool atmosphere with all the signs. The bartender was very nice and attentive. The food however was mediocre. Got burgers, wings, etc. just ok. They have homemade chips here which is a nice touch however they werent cooked all the way through. If i want to eat this place wouldnt be my first choice but for drinks its not bad“

“This is my 3rd time coming here and it's was great. The food has always been cooked perfectly, the atmosphere is great for a good time. I love seeing all the goat themes around the restaurant. “This was surely an unknown treasure . I really thought it was a regular bottle shop , but boooooom, there was a decent sized bar inside .: and what’s even better is they have taps with Stella and few other beers . Amazing place …Service was so good. The waitress had all smiles on her and served patiently . Loved Stella draft .. they have some TVs to watch and drink. Price was awesome too. Just about 4.50 for a Stella . Regular bars charge 6-8 $ . Everything amazing but why still a 4 ⭐️ ? I didn’t see any food menu. Not sure if they serve food. I know it’s not a full fledged bar/restaurant but some food will help.Overall an amazing experience…“

“Went there for repast after a viewing at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home up Adelphia Road. About 30 people attended. Buffet ìncluded mixed salad with dressing on the side, pasta salad, hot crisp rolls and butter, seasoned mixed hot vegetables, roasted potatoes, penne with vodka sauce, chicken francaise, sliced roast pork, dessert, and coffee. Other banquet selections are offered on their website.Used plates were cleared promptly and pitchers of water at the tables were refilled as needed. The meal was held in a private room. There is also the restaurant which has musical entertainment and a banquet hall. Plenty of parking.“

“Thank you for helping make the evening and birthday we were celebrating a very enjoyable evening. Our server was attentive and polite. The hostess was helpful to add our decorations in advance to our table and sit our party on time. The food was spot on as always and the kitchen was accomodating to gluten allergy. The drinks were great and came quickly from the bar to our table. We always enjoy Robinson's Ale House in Red Bank because it provides a consistently good service and food/drinks for a decent value. The place is lively, especially on weekend evenings, but the noise level did not prevent our party of 6 from having conversation.“

“I'm not much of a drinker, I have drank here year's ago, but now if I come here it's for the food, and tje food is pretty damn good. Didn't take a crazy wait time to get our food, it wasn't crazy expensive, and the service was on point like always!“

“I came here on a Sunday to enjoy a birthday brunch with my family and had a great experience. All the food was delicious, (the pernil tostada is a must have!) and the mimosa pitcher was a great deal for the table. Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job checking in with us during our meal and making sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back to enjoy another weekend brunch.“
