“Wonderful experience with Asbury Fresh Markets! I highly recommend checking out this market if you haven’t visited yet. It’s very well organized, and my day went smoothly overall. The fee is reasonable, and on the days I’ve attended, there’s definitely good foot traffic. I was a vendor at the Bell Works location, which is a beautiful, dog-friendly building. There are also lots of children and families, making it a fun environment to sell in!“

“Great sandwich shop and good service. This team generally gets busy between 12:30 - 2 pm so if you’re in a rush, order earlier or wait later in the afternoon. I’ve never had any issues with my order or picking it up, and my sandwiches have always been made correctly. They use fresh produce and meats and you can tell. I recommend coming here.“

“This is a pretty good Neapolitan style pizza!
I wish they had a few more choices maybe with mozzarella di bufala (or some other classic toppings for this style such as prosciutto) and, more importantly, I wish they had delivery service available.

One thing to note is that they close the wood burning ovens after lunch and start using the electric ones during the afternoon/evening. At least, that is the case during the week. Not sure if it happens on weekends too. The pizza is still very good but there are a few differences when cooked in brick vs electric (I prefer brick-coal/wood fire)“

“Stopped by last Friday - just took a chance.
Pleasantly surprised how good the food was.
Had the vegetable tikka pizza - well made crust was perfect.
Also had the saag paneer and naan - both were very good and came with side of rice.

Their menu is bit confusing and hard to follow but glad we tried.

The only thing I would change is putting the meat and cheese against the roll instead of rhe tomato and lettuce against the roll and then the meat and cheese on too as it tends to fall out instead of fitting snuggly. “Ordered dinner for the first time since the changes to the ingredients I have been seeing on your social media videos. My family and I are speechless. WELL DONE GUYS!!! We ordered the Jersey Square Pie and we all agreed that this is now our new favorite pizza. The crust was crispy, the sauce was phenomenal and the burata was delicious. I also ordered the Cooper Cheesesteak and it was head and shoulders above any other cheesesteak I have ever had. I had ordered a cheesesteak from you years ago and was not a fan, now I will not go anywhere else for a Cheesesteak. While we were waiting for the food to cook we tried a plain slice and while I have always liked your Plain Pies, the new ingredients have taken it to the next level. The thinner sourdough crust was crispy, the sauce was so much more flavorful and less salty and the cheese was cooked to perfection. All in all Amanos has always been a good in town pizza place but with the changes it has become THE only pizza place to go to from now on. Again Bravo Guys, WELL DONE!!“

“This was our first time at this pizzeria restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Service by owner Mike was outstanding due to his wonderful personality. We had the veal franchise and the ziti bolognese and both dishes were really delicious and food was plentiful enough that we took home leftovers. Veal was extremely tender. “Great cocktail bar… martinis… negronis… top shelf! Wine??? Meh… chintzy pour of just average wines…$14!for a 4 oince pour of a “ Super Tuscan” ? Steer clear… not worth it.
Food… tomato sauce is top shelf… but if you are featuring your sauce and you fill a dish surrounding 2 small pieces of eggplant( which was cooked perfectly BTW) you need to provide some BREAD for dipping… not everyone likes garlic bread ( at $10) avoid the “ wood fired” artichokes… they are “ canned” and nothing special at $14! The Short rib plate with butternut squash is amazing… a little on the sweet side… but something special for sure.
The Meatballs…. Ypu can make better at home small orbs of deep fried beef… very little flavor very crunchy…. Not a good choice!!! Food is a mixed bag… some good… some not so good… we will return for the cocktails…. Wine? No way!!! Meatballs??? Eat a tennis ball!! Artichokes??? Make them yourself at home! Music is WAY too loud…. Pretty pricey tab for 7’out of 10 food. Pizza was made with top shelf ingredients but bottom crust was “ flubbery” needed a few minutes in a hot pan. This place is among the best choices for cocktails in Sayreville… but needs work to be worth multiple“
