“This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Jersey City (and believe me, there are many). The staff is so lovely, the food is fresh and delicious and reasonably priced for the quality, the drinks are fun. I've brought babies, worked here, stopped by with my dog for takeout, and sat outside, and all experiences have been great. Highly recommend Hybrid!“

“I live in the area and attend college out of town so getting to the library on my off days is tough. I've been looking for a place with a chill ambiance, wifi, good tea, and coffee. Well, look no more for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Great rustic look, comfy seating with back support, loads of outlets for laptops, and the second-floor space are super cute and cozy too. Oh and there's a small little outside area that's pretty cool as well. Shaquille (hope I spelled it right) was AMAZING! So down-to-earth, friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. She made me the Tumeric latte for me and I all but licked the cup clean. I had the hummus & cucumber on sourdough toast and it was divine. Also, a great option for vegans. I totally recommend this place if you have similar needs or just want to hang out with some friends. I will surely be going back.“

The owner “Diego” educated us the difference of tastes and quality of coffee including which one should be with milk and those that will killed the exquisite taste of a real coffee. “Belle Âme is the type of coffee shop that puts LOVE in their food craft. One of the best coffee shop sandwiches I had in a while. NY coffee shops don’t top this honestly.

“I got an apple turnover by recommendation and it was delicious! My coffee was absolutely perfect, the espresso is truly balanced.
The entire cafe is covered in Palestinian flags and even a Lebanese flag, which is like a breath of fresh air. If I ever have enough time in the morning, 100% I am coming back here.“

For example, their paninis are so large my roommate and I couldn't finish one while sharing and we both est a lot.And the drinks are next level. Their Chai reminds me of the good stuff you'd get at hidden grounds in Hoboken, their iced coffee ice is frozen coffee and not just regular ice.I'm a huge fan overall, super friendly staff, will happily change up orders, etc. Pet friendly and the owner is very open to chat while you're waiting on food.“

“Found this not-so-hidden gem inside Hudson Mall, and I’m really glad I stopped by. The mall doesn’t get much attention these days, but this coffee shop, The Coffee Beanery, definitely deserves it.

Ordered the mocha and the white chocolate mocha (both iced), and they were so good. The guy who served us was super kind and just really cool to talk to.

I visited late afternoon on a weekend and it was packed with people on their laptops working. They have a variety of food options, including breakfast and lunch specials, as well as typical cafe pastries and cakes. Tried the pumpkin chai latte and ham and cheese crepe. Was disappointed by the chai, which was watery and overly sweet. The crepe was not bad. I’ll keep this spot in mind as a nice place to do some work and have a bite.“
