“The omakase is good for the price. The service was friendly and attentive. The only issue is the decor and music felt like I was at a party instead of a nice omakase restaurant. This took away from the nice experience we had during our visit.“

“So glad we found a great restaurant nearby! We went for Friday lunch for the first time and didn’t expect anything extraordinary, but we were pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food was spot-on, especially considering the price. We really enjoyed it! The tuna sushi, sashimi, and rolls were amazing, and the tempura was also excellent. We’ll definitely be back for dinner and plan to visit more often. Highly recommend!“

“Friday night sushi date! Itto is always packed and, imo, the best sushi in JC (don’t coke at me domo domo people!).
We ordered three rolls and were shocked at the size. These puppies are THICCC and full of flavor. Of the sushi around JC Itto is definitely my favorite for freshness.
This place is BYOB, bring your booze with you.“

“The food quality and set menus they have are really solid for sushi and quite delicious. I feel like it gets a little pricy and that’s why I reviewed them at a 4 VS 5 stars as I know I can get equally as good of a handroll in the city for a substantial amount less, but overall this is a good staple in Jersey City. The udon and miso cod are also pretty tasty.“
