“I’ve been to this place twice, and both visits were excellent. I tried the $78, 11-course omakase and the $118, 15-course option. While both were great, I preferred the 15 courses because of the wagyu—it was a standout.

Each piece was expertly prepared by the chef and packed with flavor. Even the ginger was unique, served in cube form, which set it apart from other places. The green tea ice cream was also a highlight, really delicious.

“Owned by a married couple, they are both super welcoming when you get inside. They are very kind and make you feel like you're at home because the chef cooks right in front of you and it's pretty cozy in there.

Amazing sushi! It's seriously the best that I have had in my life. The food is fresh with very good quality and delicious flavor. I feel like no other restaurant/place does it like Ino Sushi. The place is also quiet and calm.

When we were leaving, my almost 2 year old brother hugged the owners and they are just soooo nice. Love it here!

“My fiancé and I play this alphabet game where we go A-Z and eat at a different restaurant beginning with each letter that we have never eaten at before. Needless to say, this was our “W.” We drove 45 minutes from North Brunswick and it was so worth it, we were truly satisfied. For appetizer we got; scallops butter yaki, chicken katsu, scallion pancakes, clear soup, miso soup, seaweed salad, and mango prawn salad. We ordered 4 specialty sushi rolls; blue crab fantastic, tropical, jersey, and rainbow dragon. For dessert we got bubble tea which was on the house 😊 we will definitely be back to eat here again! The only negative thing I have to say is that the place was very small inside and not many seats available for dine in as most of their business appears to be take out, but the food and service were so good that it cancels that out. “I think mikawa may be the best sushi place in the neighborhood. I have also eaten at Sapporo and Momo's test kitchen, but I think Mikawa, for a late night dinner that is slightly more upscale, is the best bang for your buck and has the best sushi rolls.

Me and my wife have come here for a number of years now, and they never dissapoint. I also think the 7407 roll is the best sushi rolls I've had. It's a roll with avocado, shrimp, Sriracha on top!, and some fish (can't remember what, but its good).

They also do a great set of desserts, like key lime pie and fried ice cream. For appetizers, the edamame and steamed veggies gyoza are always a hit with my family and our plates are always clean after eating here. I think the special rolls are slightly pricey, but worth it (like the 7407).

The normal rolls, like Boston Rolls, are priced at great value of around 6-7 bucks, while the special rolls can vary from 13 - 17.

Finally, they offer $2.50 beer like Sapporo, which is a crazy price. A normal size bottle as well! Come here for sushi, they do a fantastic job!“

The best time to go is at around 3:00. The restaurant was virtually empty when we arrived and we were seated immediately.
As soon as we ordered our food, it was on our table within 7 minutes.
Our waiter was very kind!

The serving sizes are large and more than enough for one person.

“This is one of the best sushi places in FiDi. The sushi is super fresh, their ramen broth is delicious and they even do a solid Katsu Don over rice.

All of their portions are very generous for the price, especially for lower Manhattan.

We’ve usually been able to walk in and get a seating and while I don’t want it to become so crowded that we can’t do that anymore, I also hope it gets more traffic so that it sticks around for a long time.
