“The food??? AMAZING!! The chicken wings got so much flavor and the rice is perfectly seasoned not too much not too little. Now my favorite thing??? That shrimp tempura poke bowl is AMAZINGGG. I literally will gladly take that 16 minute drive any day. Edit: ordered again today, got the same bowl but with brown rice due to diabetes, was SUPER GOOD. Will never complain !“

“I wish I knew this place sooner! The owner was so inviting and amazing . I ordered 2 items, I came into the store not only was she nice, but she also made FRESH chive dumplings for me to eat while I was watiting for my food. Not only that she got me a free dessert to try and a free thai tea for my wife to try as well. NOT giving five stars because of the free food etc. But the food and drinks were actually AMAZING. I'm a vietnamese/ malaysian and Thai food reminds me of home. It's hard to find good thai food here in new jersey. Now that I've tried this place out I will be back for more! The location can be easily missed, if not paying atttention but please you guys gotta give it a try TRUST!“

“I’ve always loved The Flannel, so I wss happy to see the owner decided to do something different. I decided to stop by for happy hour—and it did not disappoint! The whole experience was amazing. Every drink was top-notch—great quality, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care.

The fish is always super fresh yet the prices are fairly reasonable. My personal favorite is their chirashi bowl — and I love that they make it kosher-style (you know you’re in Philly when this is an option already offered on the menu 😅). “we ordered delivery from Asian chef tonight, and when I got my order (bento box with salmon teriyaki, rice, shrimp shumai, and cucumber avocado roll). Instead of salmon, I ended up receiving shrimp teriyaki. I wasn’t going to call but I figured I may as well just let them know- the employee who answered the phone was so nice and apologetic, and immediately offered to bring me the correct protein that I ordered. I accepted the offer and asked if he wanted me to return the untouched shrimp order, but he said to keep it! then, I expected them to just deliver me the salmon to add to the meal, but they brought me an ENTIRE other bento box with the salmon! I was so shocked! not only that, but they also returned the cash to make up the difference in price on the order. they did NOT have to do that, but it shows so much about their restaurant. we also ordered some sushi, drunken noodles, and a seaweed salad and it did not disappoint at all. we will be ordering from asian chef again soon thanks to their kindness, and their excellent quality food!!“

We go out of our way regularly to come and see them, especially when their truck is set up at the Wissahickon Brewery! Keep in mind their business is small and family run so if they are out of what you might have been looking at, just pick something else! You’ll absolutely love whatever you get!“

I prefer the pho ga here over the one on Washington which is now over hyped and over run. Tender, juicy and moist every single time. “Order was take out only, however the restaurant has a nice, calm atmosphere. All food items ordered were very good and tasty. One critique: the Basil Chicken dish was pretty light on the chicken; lots of vegtables. This was not the case about a week ago with the same order.
