She had spoken highly of this business, and I can confidently say, I thoroughly enjoyed my wrap. I highly recommend this business; the food and smoothies are delicious. “I’m Chinese myself so you know I needed to snag some NYC Chinese food where I could, visiting. The Braised Shredded Beef Noodle Soup was great but let me tell you about the PORK SOUP DUMPLINGS! They were so delicious, the soup was very flavorful and the wrapper wasn’t too thick! The pork was tender inside and paired so well with a classic vinegar soy dumpling sauce. I’d say the price isn’t too bad at all for area as well!“

“I liked the menu options a lot, a good variety of diner food w/ some French inspired dishes. Our waiter was funny and really nice lol. Place is kinda small, but we didn’t have to wait at all even though it’s a no res spot. They gave us a small ice cream and whipped cream dessert for new years 🥹 Overall, I had higher expectations for the food based on the price points so was a little disappointed

- French onion soup ($19): 7/10, I LOVE French onion soup, but the broth wasn’t as flavorful or onion-y as I would’ve liked. Was pretty excited about this but disappointed. It was filled to the brim, which is great in theory, but it was lowkey hard to start eating it without it spilling over
- Patty melt ($21): 8/20, pretty solid, but lowkey reminds me of the melt from Waffle House lol
- Fries: 7/10, standard
- Complimentary ice cream w/ whipped cream: 7/10, standard ice cream, but it was nice that it was free 🥹

It was all the music I grew up listening to as a kid, and it made me feel at home. McKenzie was our server and she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. It’s a newer place on Main Street I have been meaning to check out and it didn’t disappoint. I made my own salad bowl with salmon that was cooked PERFECTLY truly amazing. Everything was so flavorful I ended up not even using the dressing I picked it simply wasn’t needed in my opinion so now I have some sauce to make something at home with! It ended up being around $35+ but that’s because I got a lot of add on and honestly I don’t regret it at all. It was a treat yourself kinda tab lol. The owner told us the storied history of John's, and greeted people like friends. my daughter and her wife are vegan, and the menu here for them was extensive. we shared three vegan dishes, and they were amazing. I couldn't tell the difference between vegan and dishes with meat. The sauces were to die for, and the homemade, forest pasta was amazing. To top off the experience we were treated to decadent desserts for our birthday, along with candles and happy birthday sung to us by our waiters and the owner. This place was such a treat.
