“We got married here on 11/07/2025 and it was truly the best day. Sam, Marie and the whole team were spectacular. They made the planning process so easy. They were all very responsive, helpful and accommodating! The day of staff was simply amazing. I did not worry about a thing! The cocktail hour was the best!! My guests are still talking about it! The night was absolutely perfect. The grounds are beautiful and maintained perfectly. There are SOO many great spots for pictures. The Mansion was a fantastic place to get married!“

“10/10 recommend! We used Summit Catering for our 9/6/2025 wedding at the Collingswood Ballroom and the food was absolutely unbelievable. Compared to many other caterers, Summit provides quite the bang for your buck...two opportunities to taste the food and finalize your meal choices, absolutely incredible customer service (we worked with Tori and her professionalism and unbound positive energy made the experience SO amazing), partnership with local bakeries for the wedding cake, a partnership with Time Productions DJ, several meal choices and options to customize sides, and a great working relationship with the staff at the ballroom that allowed us full confidence in their abilities to execute a perfect day for us.
The delicious food is plenty enough reason to recommend Summit Catering, but I can't recommend them enough after how they treated us through this entire planning process and on our big day. THIS CATERER IS THE RIGHT CHOICE!

“We got married at Ballroom at the Ben this past February, and it was truly the best day of our lives! From the moment we first walked in, we fell in love with the stunning venue and the incredible staff.
We had the pleasure of working with Daria, who was absolutely amazing — so kind, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel effortless, and even without a wedding planner, I felt completely organized and at ease thanks to her guidance.
On the day of, everything exceeded our expectations. Ott, the maître d’, was phenomenal — he orchestrated the entire evening flawlessly, and not a single detail was overlooked. To this day, our guests still tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They said the venue was beautiful, the food was out of this world and the way the wedding flowed was amazing.
I toured all the Finley and Cescaphe venues before making a decision, and I would choose Ballroom at the Ben a hundred times over. The team is simply the best — so professional, talented, and passionate about what they do. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! I seriously hope to go back one day as a wedding guest to relive it all over again!!!“

“My son and daughter-in-law got married at The Forum on October 11, 2025. Everything from the very first meeting with Anthony Stagliano was smooth and perfect. He understood the assignment and fulfilled it and then some. He went over and above what we expected. The entire staff at The Forum went above and beyond to make the day so special. Chef made the most incredible crudite table and cocktail hour spread you can ever imagine. The dinner was amazing, especially the flounder stuffed with crab cake. All of the food was freshly prepared and served. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food and venue in general. We are immensely thankful to the entire staff for making our day less stressful, while making sure every detail was perfect. Would highly recommend having a wedding here. You will not be disappointed.“
“My experience with the Waterfall Room was outstanding! It was a pleasure working with Crystal. She answered all of my emails quickly, calmed all of my anxiety, and came through with a party that people will be talking about for a long time. The room was set up beautifully; the food was delicious; and the staff was very attentive during the entire evening. Sal, the m'aitre d' was fantastic! He stayed the entire evening making sure that everything ran smoothly and all of our needs were met. “Del Rossi to me is the best cheesesteak in the city. They’re permanent bread and fresh ingredients makes it amazing. And one of the things that people sleep on there is the chicken cheesesteak probably the best chicken cheese that I’ve ever had. The staff is great. The owners are great. “Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

Corsons Steaks have brought authentic Philly cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, and melt in your mouth pork sandwiches to town.You may need a doggie bag as the portions are full. Fries are thick cut potatoes with skin. Mushrooms are chopped thick.American cheese standard. My advice, ask for provolone. Put broccoli on top for zing.Way to go Mark“

Facilities , mirrors, etc spotless. There was no shortage of staff who were: courteous, responsive, and professional. The starmaid, Dominique handled all guests with ease. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and the choice of food options. I asked a staffer if the food was prepared with Love and she said always 😂. She later came back to ask if she was right and I told her ‘it was delicious, you were telling the truth’. An all-around great experience. It’s a beautiful space especially when a decorator takes it to the next level. Super elegant and glorious affair at a great venue.“

Before I even had time to regroup my thoughts, BethAnn asked what time I needed it and they would deliver. She gave me the time frame of 11-11:45. At 11:05, my fresh-out-of-the-oven quiche was delivered by a very pleasant driver, and lunch went on as planned! Thank you for keeping this customer satisfied.“

“Not sure where to start. 10 out of 10 out of 10!! What a fabulous experience. I am in the food industry and hired Foodwerx to cater my wedding. I know what quality looks like and this was a winner all around. The servers where pleasant, professional and timely. The food was beyond outstanding! Everyone raved about it and I am still hearing about the food two months later. Roxanne was my coordinator and she is spunky, professional, super friendly and executed the night flawlessly. Shes a pro! She is sweet, had great ideas and saw my vision and made sure it was not just executed, but beyond! I love this company and can't wait to have a reason to use them again! “This past spring my family and I took a roadtrip out east and after spending a day in Philadelphia watching the Union (MLS) we ventured into NJ in search of some local Italian eateries. It was a Sunday evening and not many establishments were open however we were fortunate Vitale's Italian Bistro was the exception. Warm welcoming staff greeted us, prompt and attentive wait service, and delicious food in abundance! It was a wonderful evening and a fine way in capping off our 10 day east coast road trip!“

“We’ve been using Mirabella’s for at least 10 years for catering events and they’ve always been outstanding. We just had an event for 16 requiring finger food with gluten free options and once again, Chef Stephen did a terrific job. Everybody loved the bacon wrapped scallops, GF coconut shrimp, the chicken saltimbocca skewers, and the fruit skewers. The non GF people also enjoyed the pretzel sandwiches and pigs in a blanket. Prices are reasonable. We had to pick up the food and travel 2 hours with it and it was ready on time and he packed it up for easy transport. I can’t say enough about how easy he made it for us and how delicious everything was. Thank you Chef Stephen for making our affair a great one!“
