“We’ve been using Mirabella’s for at least 10 years for catering events and they’ve always been outstanding. We just had an event for 16 requiring finger food with gluten free options and once again, Chef Stephen did a terrific job. Everybody loved the bacon wrapped scallops, GF coconut shrimp, the chicken saltimbocca skewers, and the fruit skewers. The non GF people also enjoyed the pretzel sandwiches and pigs in a blanket. Prices are reasonable. We had to pick up the food and travel 2 hours with it and it was ready on time and he packed it up for easy transport. I can’t say enough about how easy he made it for us and how delicious everything was. Thank you Chef Stephen for making our affair a great one!“

Nina, who works with Summit Catering coordinated with us to personalize every detail of our wedding and was our day of coordinator. She was easy to contact, always responded quickly, and gave us her personal phone number to contact day or night. She made coordinating the food tasting easy and delicious. She guided us in making choices for the wedding that helped to elevate the experience without ever being pushy or feeling like an upsell. As the wedding approached and the weather threatened rain on our planned outdoor ceremony, Nina was phenomenal. For instance, she drove halfway across the state to buy a pop up tent for our violinist. She worked with me to come up with an indoor contingency plan that was amenable to me that included her needing to hire additional staff last minute. She accomplished all this seamlessly and at no additional cost to us. On the day of the wedding, working hand in hand with Nina, we watched the radar and held the wedding outside during a dry spell by moving up the ceremony time. “The staff and patrons were all amazing! I felt the brotherly love Philly and the grease was on the bag before I opened it; so that was a good sign! I got the Chicken Cheesesteak my friend got the beef. Meat was seasoned and cut up nicely; however, the onions were laid on top of the meat in the hoagie and not chopped up with the meat. I think chopping them up together makes a more cohesive hoagie. Would also like to add bell peppers and not just hot peppers. The bread was also a little thick and made the hoagie harder to bite and more chewy. I toasted the bread later and that helped make it easier to chew. The bathroom was a tiny room, but Im glad they had one and it was fully stocked with toilet paper. Super cute establishment.“
