“The kindest gentleman made my wife and I the most amazing turkey, ham, and provolone hoagie this morning as we were passing through from NC doing some family genealogy nearby. Holy smokes! There was easily an inch and a half of meat on the footlong! The bread was perfect. The tomato and lettuce were very fresh. When we carried the hoagie out to the car, we were surprised how heavy the sandwich was. Definitely getting our money‘s worth here! Wow, and it tasted even better than I’m describing!!“

“Everyone loves to complain about Fred, but he's just a hard working man who gets annoyed when people are on their phones and holding up the line that he's trying to move along. I've seen him be super friendly to regulars (including me) and go out of his way to do nice things for people. The other employees are also very nice, hard working guys, who always say hi and flash a smile, even when they are not waiting on you. The bagels and sandwiches here are good, and he does pizza bagels during the week that my boyfriend from CT still raves about (and gets every time he comes down here). Also, if you don't have a lot of time and need a quick stop for breakfast or lunch, Fred will have you in and out in record time.“

“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

“Purchased four breakfast sandwiches and a BLT plus a half dozen bagels. The staff is super friendly and they got the order perfectly right. The bagels are pillowy and delicious. The bacon, egg and cheese was so good the teenager inhaled two in record time. My sausage, egg and cheese was also scrumptious. Would highly recommend.“

“Went in Friday morning for a quick breakfast pickup, in and out in 5 minutes with 3 delicious and fresh breakfast specials. Great customer care and most importantly delicious food. My bill for 3 people was $27 including drinks.

I was pleasantly surprised with the vast number of foods they offer, from deli to hot prepared meals and more. I’ve been going to place for years and they always had pastries and the quality has remained the same. For some reason almost every bagel place has terrible feng shui, they make you crowd into a cramped corner and you are in everybody's way while you wait for your order, or you gotta stand amongst the tables with your butt in somebody's face. “Taking off one star because they don’t post their prices you have to go online to see how much things cost. Good local deli. Staff are nice, food is comparable to other NJ delis. Price are a bit higher, but reasonable for northern NJ. There are all of the deli breakfast and lunch type sandwiches, snacks and drinks. In a strip mall so convenient for after Kid classes in an adjacent business.“

“These bagels are rather good water-boiled bagels, but not the best in the area. The staff that works here is wonderful and friendly and they seem to have a great relationship with the regulars. My main gripe was that I didn't get my usual Jersey whollup of cream cheese that I am used to in this part of Jersey. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.“

On a recent visit, a new employee made some rookie mistakes that I brought up to the owner. He addressed the situation right away and more than made up for the only negative experience I've ever had there.

Last week, I ordered ahead to make sure they wouldn't run out of the bagels I wanted, and the person working that morning greeted me with a huge smile and my order all ready to go. He seemed genuinely excited to help me, as the staff always appears to truly enjoy what they do and make customers happy.
