They "get it" when it comes to balanced flavor, variety of veggies and even the way they cut them with a special slicer was perfect. Truly Thai is now our go-to Thai food destination. I hope it doesn't change and they keep up this quality.“

“Stopped by last Friday - just took a chance.
Pleasantly surprised how good the food was.
Had the vegetable tikka pizza - well made crust was perfect.
Also had the saag paneer and naan - both were very good and came with side of rice.

Their menu is bit confusing and hard to follow but glad we tried.

We came for lunch at 3pm - and it’s hard to find decent restaurant food during lunch hours so we weren’t expecting much, but we enjoyed everything! The baked clams and fried calamari were crispy and my filet of sole was delicious!

Our waitress was nice, as well as the rest of the crew who chatted with us. Will definitely dine here again!“

“Brinia's is serving the most delicious tasting food in the area by far! Oxtails! Ribs! Variety of different meats and pork with choices of different sides. The shrimp was out of this world with flavor. I ordered 3 different meals and all were delicious! No fast food garbage here! Highly recommend and the crew there is very welcoming and friendly.“

She greeted me with a warm smile, was very patient while I decided what to order, and made sure everything was correct before I paid. The service was fast, friendly, and she made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of rushed. “Always very friendly staff, quick service, great with mobile orders. I only gave four stars because I wish that gift cards were accepted on mobile app, pretty inconvenient but otherwise great place.

Parking: It is in the same plaza as a pediatric urgent care so could be busy and have to park in adjacent parking lot but otherwise pretty easy.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. My kids love the Fooseball table.“

“Decided to have breakfast at Stax on this holiday weekend. We had the Ben Maduro & a Crepe as our entrees. A little sweet & savory. The presentation & creativity on the two dishes were amazing. Our server was extremely helpful in making our breakfast selections as well. Overall, it was a 9.5. We need to go back to try the Tempura Roll breakfast. That looks amazing as well.“

“We celebrated my grandma’s birthday at Olive Garden and had the absolute best experience thanks to our server, Destiny. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from the moment we sat down. Destiny made my grandma feel so special—she took the time to chat with her, made great menu suggestions, and checked in on us at all the perfect moments without ever making us feel rushed.

The little touches she added throughout the meal truly made the celebration feel personal and memorable. It’s not often you come across someone who brings that level of warmth and genuine care to their job, but Destiny did exactly that.

Their salmon, uni, and avocado (perfectly ribbed every time), and rolls (especially special rolls) are always good. “I think it's fair to say Woodrow Diner is among the top 5 on Staten Island. Omelets are good, pancakes are decent. Coffee is on par. Good service and have never had a long wait for a table. Not one of my favorite Staten Island parking lots.“

“We had a really frustrating experience with our Panera order tonight — but I have to give HUGE credit to Victor, the manager at the Old Bridge location, for turning the whole thing around.
We had ordered dinner through the Panera app around 8 p.m., expecting it to arrive by 9. When it didn’t show up, we checked the store hours and realized they actually closed at 9 — which made us panic a little. We called the store and spoke to Victor, who was so kind and apologetic. He explained that the DoorDash driver never picked up our food and it had just been sitting there.
We were super disappointed — it was pouring rain, we were hungry, and it was getting late. But instead of brushing us off, Victor was patient and understanding. He offered a refund if the food didn’t make it, and after some back and forth, we decided to drive there ourselves to pick it up. Unfortunately, just as we got there, the Dasher had picked it up a minute before.
Victor, who was literally standing outside in the rain after his shift, was still so sweet. Even though none of this was his fault, he apologized over and over and offered us some leftover mac and cheese, bread, and other extras — and STILL refunded our meal. He handled everything with so much grace and kindness, even though he was clearly exhausted.
We were so upset when the night started, but thanks to Victor, we left feeling seen and taken care of. He honestly saved the night for us. People like him are rare. Thank you, Victor — you turned a really bad experience into one that reminded us how much a little kindness matters“

“I don’t know the employees name, but occasionally I run in with a last minute craving on my way to work @8:30pm. I know it’s towards the end of the night, but she is still always so pleasant and my food always made perfect and quickly. Tonight’s turkey sandwich was no exception. Too many times people just complain or take good service for granted, and I’d love to see see them get the recognition deserved. Some of us do appreciate it, especially when we’re running to work.
