The food and drink menu items are unparalleled, but the service is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this restaurant because the staff is spectacular and the service is of consistently high quality.“

“Been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it over the weekend! It was a very excellent meal. We had the Cream of Spinach soup, Truffle Fries, Shrimp Diablo, and the Honey Pecan Chicken topped with cranberry cream sauce. All were excellent. Only minor issue was we realized at the end of the meal they didn’t bring the bread that comes with the shrimp diablo, and my fiance would have liked it for dipping in the amazing shrimp diablo sauce. No biggie really. Food was awesome, quaint little historic building, great atmosphere and service, and the Bloody Mary’s were excellent also! We will be back!“

“I had my husband’s 60th Birthday dinner here. The food was perfect, and the staff could not have been more accommodating! They really served us well. We had Filet, Prime Rib, Chicken Milanese, Pasta Primavera. Steak 38 also has a great space for dinner parties. All-in-all they helped to make it a great night!“

“Good food and good drinks. It's like 3 places in one. I elevated my whiskey experience at the speak easy. It's always good to leave a place more knowledgeable than when you entered. Had a delicious tuna and soba noodle bowl at the restaurant. The bar remained full, so I'd have to return to try the selections of IPAs.Parking is not the best on the main street, however there may be parking in the rear.“

“I went to the ChopHouse for the first time last night. It was a business dinner and I am really not a “ steak” person. Well, dining at this restaurant has shown me what I’ve been missing. Everything was excellent. I had the dry aged NY strip with a Kona rub and it was phenomenal. The seared crust on it was amazing and it was so delicious. It has made me a steak lover. I also had the opportunity to have the Brussels sprouts which were the best I’ve ever had. The truffle fries, mushrooms, blackened shrimp, creamed spinach and calamari ( which I don’t even like but was so good!) The portions of the apps and accompaniments were big enough that we could share between 6 people. Is it on the pricy side? Yes. But the portions were good and the food was excellent. I can’t wait to go back. The service was great as well.“

“Once a month me and my wife get together with my cousins. I decided to try Dunleavy's. We moved to Lumberton in 2002 and haven't been there once. Boy! Were we missing out! Glad we went. Great food with excellent service and the atmosphere was like us. A little on the loud side. If you're looking for a romantic dinner, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a good time and food to match, this is it. I'm definitely going to go back.“

“We had Andrew who was amazing. My husband drinks a lot & he was never lacking for ice tea. Most places you have a hard time keeping track of the server. Food was on time & he was extremely pleasant. We will definitely be back & request him.“
