I’m a big chicken guy and I’ve been to 35+ chicken spots all over north Jersey and NONE compares to what I had at this spot. Chicken and waffles on wheels is the real deal! I had the dry rub Lemon pepper tenders w a plain waffle and wow… freshly cooked. Great dude. 10/10 hands down“

The food amazing (we had a chipotle chicken, a Philly cheesesteak, and a pulled pork empanada; in addition yellow rice and black bean and a cherry empanada for desert). Would recommend this restaurant 100%. Open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday it’s truly a treat for the tastebuds.“

I called at last minute to put in a catering order and they absolutely did all they can to make sure I had all I needed in the short amount of time I provided. Definitely made a mitigating happen. Fries cooked perfectly, lamb/beef gyros good portion, falafels were awful. Fries & gyro both lacked FLAVOR/seasoning, falafel must be a basic frozen brand and I tossed them after eating only one. The price point is worth stopping in to decide for yourself because we all understand food is different for each individual. What I’m used to is more flavor forward but this worked for a quick bite before headed to the airport for my flight home.“

“Westside Shawarma is back with a vengeance. Never have I seen so much demand for a small food spot. Literal posts on the internet asking about this place. I was excited to see the G.O.A.T return, and more so with a proper shop. I got so excited, I ordered two chicken platters and only managed to finish one. Warmed it up two days later and it tasted just as good as when I got it. Great to have you guys back!“

My wife and I were amazed to find the fresh ingredients and complimentary flavors reminded us of some of our favorite restaurants on Cozumel. My only complaint is that the food is too good for a food Truck. Mike already figured this out because he's opening a restaurant. My only complaint it seemed to be prepared cold because the cheese wasn't melty, but it was so yummy I didnt mind taking some of the meat off and heating it up. I got the mini combo with soup and it was the perfect amount of food for me! I love a good corned beef or pastrami but I don't always want a giant amount of meat as is often the case so this was perfect. And the soup! When I saw 16 bean and smoked turkey I knew I had to try it, but had no idea how much I needed those warm cozy flavors in my life! Will definitely be ordering again!“
