“I’m writing this review because Nick and Grace are amazing. Nick listened to my food allergy concerns and changed his gloves immediately, to avoid cross contamination. He didn’t make me feel like I was annoying him. I truly appreciate that.
Grace takes a lot of pride in assembling the sandwiches to perfection. To add, the cashier was super sweet plus, knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore. Thank you guys for your service and patience.“

“This sandwich shop is the best! We are regulars on the weekend. My family loves the Italian and Turkey hoagies. I don’t eat meat, so I get the veggie sandwich and those battered fries are Everything! Those rolls are so soft.. And the grilled cheese and soup is soo good.
We can’t forget about the staff. They were so sweet, the women at the registered gave great suggestions and is pleasant every time we come. I put tips in the jar, to hear them say “Tip! Thank you!! Definitely our to-go-to spot..“

“Had Roshni and Miranda from the mount laurel nj location (centerton square) waiting on us tonight. I had a bowl and my husband had a giant sandwich. They were very delicious. “Omg my toddler walked out so happy with her lollipop in hand. PrimoHoagies rocks just for that alone! We were satisfied with the food of course! I had whacked chicken, she had the meatballs and spouse had the turkey. We got a cookie and chips for treats. “I ordered catering for our kitten rescue’s volunteer gathering for the wrong day and when I realized my mistake, I only had 30 minutes before the event started. I called the store in a panic! “I love your hoagies. They are the best. However, for the first time, my order was incorrect. I ordered a 9" hoagie and got a 6" hoagie. Also, my Italian hoagie did not contain the peppers I requested. I already settled up with Grubhub, but you should know someone is not doing his job correctly.“

“My first time buying from here via phone. I purchased a hoagie tray for after a funeral service at a friend's house, at pretty much last minute. I had trouble finding the place too. My cell went crazy, and it froze. I couldn't pick up the food on time. To make matters worse each time they tried to reach me ,well my cell wouldn't allow me to answer the call either. Finally we connected and they were extremely understandable. Super helpful in providing directions to get there via phone. I was going in the opposite direction. So 1 -its gonna take a while for your order no matter how close you are or how small your order is, 2 -they dont have an unlimited supply of fresh rolls. When they run out what do you want them to tell everyone that calls or comes in they cant get a sandwich? 3-No one is perfect mistakes happen. You didnt get your side of sweet peppers? You’ll live.
