“I called the store simply to report a minor partial delivery order switch up. Miranda was quick to correct the error by immediately remaking the order, resolving the charge of needing to reorder with one click on the app.

She was gracious with fulfilling the order for delivery and even took the time to write an apology note on the wrapping expressing her care.

Miranda went above and beyond to make a simple mishap right but also her care felt by me as the customer. I commend her accountability and thoughtfulness.

“This is hands down the best Jersey Mike's in a 30 mile radius. The staff is always so welcoming and genuinely happy to say hello. The only reason I do not give 5 stars, is jersey mikes as a corporation needs to put the wax paper or even foil over the cheesesteaks so that when you get home in under 10 mins your bread and paper are not being new best friends. The soggyness of the paper when getting a cheesesteak is not fun at all. It is almost 20 dollars for a half and a drink, for the sake of all of your fans please fix that! 💜💫“

“Man a lot of people on here complaining about a long wait, closing early, or simple mistakes. Guess what they make amazing food so they get slammed. So 1 -its gonna take a while for your order no matter how close you are or how small your order is, 2 -they dont have an unlimited supply of fresh rolls. When they run out what do you want them to tell everyone that calls or comes in they cant get a sandwich? 3-No one is perfect mistakes happen. You didnt get your side of sweet peppers? You’ll live. “I ordered catering for our kitten rescue’s volunteer gathering for the wrong day and when I realized my mistake, I only had 30 minutes before the event started. I called the store in a panic! Primos rushed to get our order together in record time and I was at the event with our food only 20 minutes late. I couldn’t believe how kind they were. The food was delicious, and staff is so friendly!“

“My first time buying from here via phone. I purchased a hoagie tray for after a funeral service at a friend's house, at pretty much last minute. I had trouble finding the place too. My cell went crazy, and it froze. I couldn't pick up the food on time. To make matters worse each time they tried to reach me ,well my cell wouldn't allow me to answer the call either. Finally we connected and they were extremely understandable. Super helpful in providing directions to get there via phone. I was going in the opposite direction. “The sandwiches are good here. They did NOT honor their receipt policy if you do not receive a receipt at the time of purchase your Order FREE. I ordered two sandwiches and the total came to approximately $22 without a receipt. When I told the “manager” about it she told me she wasn’t going to give me the order for free. Even though the food is good, I’ll never go there again for anything ever, even if the food was free😔😔“
