The owner made my drink a month or so ago & gave me the wrong bubbles I asked for regular and she ended up giving me brown sugar and said can I come back the next day she will give me a free one lol long story short she wasn’t there the next day because I bring my daughter to this location and she was too lazy to fix my drink the day she messed it up. I get she was overwhelmed by working alone and having a lot of people ordering but she has to do better as an OWNER! I have a business myself and it’s a lot of things I do not do because you have to be professional.“

I am shocked that they’ve been in business for more than a year and I just found them now?Being an avid bubble tea lover along with my kids, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is a hidden gem in the heart of JSQ. The owner is very down to earth and a people person. You won’t step out of that place without a smile. She will make your drink according to your preference. You can make as many adjustments as you’d like and she will do it with a smile.

We ordered 2 Oreo shakes and a latte bubble tea. I ordered them in M size, but she gave me in L size? and still charged me for M. My kids loved their Oreo shakes and I very much enjoyed my latte. I can’t wait to go back and try the other bubble tea flavors and the waffles and crepes.

“worker at the store who took my order was super nice, prices are reasonable too, but the space was a little small (doesn't really matter if you want to take out), they also take tap/apple pay if you don't carry cash, drink itself was very good too (i got the brown sugar black milk tea, medium) though it was too sweet at the bottom, but you just have to mix the sugar in with the tea first, definitely recommend coming to this place!“

“Tasty food. I had 4 flavors of boneless wings. KRISPY, Honey, Soy, and Cheese. I will say Honey was probably best followed by Soy. Cheese was very unique, like a cheese doodle, but it's chicken. I like it, but you might not want that as a main dish, but a great side with some beer. Nothing wrong with Krispy. The boneless wings were very large, expect larger than a typical restaurant.“

“I love this place. They always have great and fresh food. My favorite has to be the vegetable ramen. It’s so delicious, their chicken wings are flavorful and guns texture is pretty good. I love their bubble tea as well. I order through Uber eats majority of the time, I wonder if I can directly order from this restaurant though. I think I’ll find that out. Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea. This place is highly recommended by me. 10 stars“

I really enjoyed their classic bubble milk tea which I ordered as hot and it came out steaming.I appreciate that they don't charge extra for having non-dairy milk options, although toppings, size, and even making it hot costs extra.One can order through Snackpass or the kiosks in the store and they make the drinks rather quickly.“

The quality and completeness of my order was refreshing. I got the Bao Entree Deluxe (with no green peppers), the Pepper Steak for my green pepper loving friend, and the Bao Sampler platter (came with 2 dipping sauces). “I am not a fan of Bobba Tea, and in fact try to stay away from them as much as possible but accompanied a freind recently to Gong Cha, and I am happy that I decided on Gong Cha for giving Bobba Tea one more chance. I loved Tea flavor and the coconut jelly bits, still not a fan of the Tapioca pearls but it was definitely way better than other Bobba Teas that I have tried in the past.

I loved the choices of protein and salad mixes... however- although I ordered 3 proteins, the salmon, shrimp n Ahi tuna; I wasn’t crazy about the Ahi tuna. It had no taste and the texture was spongy- my choice of the sesame dressing left the salad very wet and soggy by the time I got it home! I suggest eating there or ask for the dressing on the side!!!
