They were fast, sweet, and hooked me up with some suggestions.

“I came at 4pm on a Thursday and it was very busy and they had 3 people working, and those three people were killing it. Zuri, who was working the register and warming food, had a great rhythm of helping a customer and then preparing an order. Sure, there can be a bit of a wait, but it's a busy transit center and it's a small Starbucks. The team did great and had such a great attitude even under pressure. When a line started to form, the man working turned around and helped with food items too. All while offering great customer service and helping anyone and everyone who asked. Great job guys!! Thank you!!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks to go to the staff is supper friendly they make you feel at home. When you walk in you are always greeted with a smile. If I could give this location more stars I would.
Also I had the Strawberry Açaí with lemonade hands down one of the best drinks“

“Got my coffee alright, overall a typical location.

Posting to let folks know that there is no parking on the street - but: there is an “employee-only” marked parking lot right behind, across from the Prudential building - and if you take a ticket from the machine, and bring it to the cashier at Starbucks, they’ll validate it for you, and you won’t have to pay for parking.

Reducing stars for atmosphere only because there are no chairs and no place to sit in the branch, which may be understood since the street outside is kinda rough in terms of unfortunate folks hanging out in the vicinity.

My drink was repeated as expected and was good, the parking ticket was validated on the spot.“

“The staff at this Starbucks are incredibly kind, dilligent, and understanding, qualities I have yet to see amongst all the other Starbucks' I have come across in the area. My tedious drink is always made in a timely matter, and with extra care. Jonathan and Tameerah usually make my drinks and they do amazingly at it. They are both so kind, funny, and influential to all the people around them.“

“I ordered a spinach feta egg white wrap and an iced Carmel latte while waiting for my flight in Terminal C. The two workers were hustling with the long line, but the last wrap and Latte of 2021 were both perfect ! Everything was crowded on NYE !“

“I was served with a friendly attitude. Got my usual cup of Pike Place and a delicious sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Odd for EWR, you can still order from a human being, an American worker at Starbucks. Everywhere else you have to do everything via installed iPads. Annoying and stupid.“

“It’s fine. Drinks are insanely overpriced even for Starbucks and there is a 3% surcharge for “A 3% employee benefits & retention surcharge” and know that “This surcharge is not a gratuity payable directly to staff.”
