“I stop in here at 6:00 AM a few times a week to grab coffee on my way from NJT to PATH train. The staff always greet me by name with a smile and do their best to have my order ready when I get there. If it isn't ready they get right on it for me knowing I'm in a rush. A very busy location but they handle it well. It's a nice way to start my day.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks to go to the staff is supper friendly they make you feel at home. When you walk in you are always greeted with a smile. If I could give this location more stars I would.
Also I had the Strawberry Açaí with lemonade hands down one of the best drinks“
“Nick and team are amazing !The best customer experience I ever had at a Starbucks! The staff smiled the manager was full of energy. The drinks were made quickly. This should be the standard for all locations. Great job Starbucks at terminal A at Newark airport!!“

“I ordered a spinach feta egg white wrap and an iced Carmel latte while waiting for my flight in Terminal C. The two workers were hustling with the long line, but the last wrap and Latte of 2021 were both perfect ! Everything was crowded on NYE !“
“I was served with a friendly attitude. Got my usual cup of Pike Place and a delicious sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Odd for EWR, you can still order from a human being, an American worker at Starbucks. Everywhere else you have to do everything via installed iPads. Annoying and stupid.“
“This SB is located immediately to the left of EWR terminal 3 TSA security. I found the staff to be polite despite some unruly and impatient customers and frustrated travelers.We got the seasonal drinks for winter and they were executed at around the same quality as other normal Starbucks. Expect the prices to be higher but remember that it’s fair because you are buying coffee on the airside of the airport.“
“Fast, efficient, and ethically sound.I stopped by for a coffee and this guy just cut the line. The cashier asked if he was in line and that she doesn't want all these people in line to feel like they were cut. She was buff. I appreciate her speaking up for what is ethically right. Kudos.The barista also made a very nice pistachio latte with one shot of coffee (instead of 2 upon my request).“
“The staff at this Starbucks are incredibly kind, dilligent, and understanding, qualities I have yet to see amongst all the other Starbucks' I have come across in the area. My tedious drink is always made in a timely matter, and with extra care. Jonathan and Tameerah usually make my drinks and they do amazingly at it. They are both so kind, funny, and influential to all the people around them.“
