“First time here - my daughter wanted tacos and I found this place on Google Maps. Clean and cute restaurant and all of the staff smiled and were very kind. Sadly my Spanish is not good but I was able to give my order and it was exactly what I had in mind. Steak tacos were good! The chips were also good and fresh. The guacamole was our favorite- delicious! Looking forward to coming back again!“

“Wow!! Amazing service, fantastic food and great vibes! Sat at the bar and had the best time. The bartender was the best. Salsas are delicious and the lemon filled donut was insane 😋 Our biscuit came out raw, waiter noticed before I could say something, took it back to kitchen and brought us a new one. And did not charge us for that!! I really really appreciated the fantastic service from host, bartender and food runners. I will be back!!“

“I was starving and near by and a burrito i knew would cure what ails me.
Got the birria burrito, thing was huge, came with consume and was amazing. Felt like it was made with love. Chips and a coke and I don't need to eat got the rest of the day.
10 out of 10, would totally stop by here again. Not even just because I am starving.“

“We have come here every week for years and it never disappoints—always a five-star experience. As someone from Texas, I can confidently say this is the best Tex-Mex I’ve had outside of Texas. The food is consistently excellent, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is inviting every time. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried, but the white queso and shrimp tacos are absolute standouts.“

“My first visit was last year and yesterday we decided to go again since indoor dining was reopening. We were a group of three, friendly staff and our host went above and beyond at a point that coffee was not in the menu and he made it for us. We ordered margaritas and were on point, fajitas, Mac and cheese, churros, beer, chips with salsa and many other things. Every single thing was good. Me personally never ordered Mac and cheese on a restaurant and I have to go hands down on your chef because that was the best one I’ve had in a while. To everybody: make sure you support local restaurants like this one, and tip well for their service, they really need it and the quality of their service hasn’t go down even on a pandemic. Support Lobo!!!!!“

“I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good the food was from here, first time ever trying it after getting my nails done next door and it was yummyyy, we got the nachos and my daughter and niece had gotten chicken tenders with fries, everything was delicious, can’t wait to go back again. Seating kind of sucks but ehh overall good place to grab a quick meal“

“Great local takeout spot for tex mex food. Filling, good taste, inexpensive and friendly people. The enchiladas, chimichangas and combo dish are my go to. Also really like the chorizo taco and black bean taco, black and pinto beans with rice.Even the American food is pretty good, especially if youre trying to decide what to order with a picky eater: burgers, onion rings, chicken or steak sandwiches.Try the fried apple sticks..“

“I have been coming here for the past 8 years or so. The food is amazing, it’s been consistent every time I come. The staff is attentive and make sure their guests are doing well and continuously asking if we need anything. I love their drinks, I’ve had mojitos, margaritas, etc. Lorenzo always welcomes my friends and myself with a smile and amazing energy. The atmosphere has progressed overtime and keeps getting better. I highly recommend coming to visit hungry burrito for delicious food, great drinks, and a great time.“

“This is the best Mexican food I’ve found in NYC so far. At least as far as burritos go. I get the Acapulco burrito (which has no meat). It’s still not like mexican food in the south west, but I love it and keep going back. Very fast preparation.“

“This is a hidden gem on Bergenline Ave! The food is delicious, fresh and very tasty. I had the fried porgy, double cheese burger and the fried chicken with yuca fries was the star, a 10/10! They stay open LATE and have a beautiful ambiance AND drinks! One of my neighborhood faves for sure ❤️“
