“My step son asked me to stop here, so he could get a red velvet mocha chocha latte with cold foam drippy peepee. I was just like “sure”. Anyways, once we parked the car and finally enetered the establishment, i realised that i haven’t heard the dramarama song “last cigarette”, which was playing over the store’s PA system, since my high school days. I looked behind the counter and whattayaknow… John Easdale (singer of dramarama) slinging doughnuts like a muffukka. I told him i love him and we embraced eachother.

“Featured on Binging with Babish. This is an excellent breakfast burrito, we tried both the bacon and chorizo burritos. I slightly preferred the chorizo - hints of lime, big chunks of avocado. This is a hefty meal at a very good price. Excellent service, kind and friendly staff, and perfect to take to the park“

“Great coffee, We stopped at Roast’d coffee shop before heading to NYC, great experience; the pour over coffee was fantastic. Johan was quite friendly explaining different coffee beans as he roasted them and brews the coffee. I tried the espresso as well brewed from 3 different beans, very tasty. Now this is our favorite place to have coffee when traveling to NYC. We talked with local customers, so good vibes and recommendations. Awesome place if you love good coffee.“

“This is a pleasant addition to town, and obviously quite popular. I only gave 2 stars for food because despite having a collection of 3 nondairy milks (75 cent upcharge not appreciated!) there is not a single food item a vegan or person with dairy issues can eat. Also, the only place you can sit and work on a device is the big table, which is usually full. Every other sitting area has tables that are the same height or lower than the chairs/stools so really not back friendly. Service is good and nice minimalist vibe-- will be back!

Response to owner: Regarding vegan pastries, if they are indeed vegan (dairy, egg, butter honey free) then why not label them as such or at least put up a little sign that says ask us about our vegan options?“

“We pulled off the highway for a coffee and stumbled upon this gem. The pastry menu is filled with unique items and great flavor combinations. I had the ube pan de sal and the Kashmir cardamom latte with oat milk. I absolutely love both! The location seemed surprising at first, it’s located in a larger office complex, but inside it feels comfortable with warm lighting and plenty of seating. They also sell records and prepared wraps and desserts. Check it out if you’re in the area! I will be sure to stop by next time I’m passing through.“

“Excellent croffles and drinks! Caffe AND is a great place for a quick treat; service is fast, efficient, and friendly. The staff have always been welcoming, and the croffles come out warm with the perfect texture. I especially like the blueberry croffles, and I hope to try tiramisu next. The ambience of the restaurant is nice, but seating is pretty limited.“

“deans is a fantastic little coffee shop in Pearl River. It’s beautiful and DELICIOUS and is one of my favorite (new) things about my old hometown. It feels perfectly modern for a small town and the vibes are perfection for a coffee shop. The guy barista doesnt love to talk or smile lol, but he makes BEAUTIFUL lattes and they taste like heaven. For a small space its not impossible to find a table (dont know about peak times though). Prices are average for fancy coffees, but they taste amazing. Pastry selection is far above average- lots of great choices and MANY gluten free, which surprises me and makes me happy for people with celiac out there who can never indulge at coffee shops. I love the vast array of options for different coffees and teas too, a lot for such a small space. Lastly, I like the little display of local goods they have for sale; it’s fun and feels like it also supports the local community which is nice.

Dietary restrictions: there’s lots of gluten free pastries!!!!!

Parking: go park near the library and enjoy a little walk across the field; it’s free for 2-4 hours and you got a walk (5 min) to enjoy your pastry 😁

Kid-friendliness: they seem to not mind when a table of kids comes in to gossip and play at being grown ups without ordering and just sitting and talking, which is kind of sweet?

Wheelchair accessibility: i think there is a step up inside so not wheelchair accessible. if you can get in that step, the bathroom is large and roll-in-able.“

“Around 6:30 in the evening on weekdays, the store is almost full, business is pretty good, and the store also takes a lot of takeout orders.
The two of us ordered a bowl of mixed beef pho, a fried spring roll and a pork bun, and were very satisfied with everything. The fried spring rolls were very hot when they were freshly fried. They were crispy on the outside and filled with minced pork. They were delicious with the dipping sauce. There are three pork buns in a portion, and the fillings are crispy pork belly, pickled radish and sweet noodle sauce. This combination is unexpectedly harmonious and very satisfying. It is my favorite. The beef rice noodles contain beef tendons, beef slices and beef balls. There is not much meat but a lot of rice noodles. The soup is sweet and has a bit of Chinese medicine. It is just right for two people to share a bowl.“

“Honestly one of my favorite coffee spots. The drinks are always on point smooth, not too bitter, and they don’t skimp on quality. The staff is cool and chill, they actually make you feel welcome instead of rushing you. Good vibes, good music, and comfy seating. It’s the kind of place you can hang out in for a while without feeling weird about it. Definitely my go-to spot when I need a caffeine fix or just want to unwind. Parking: Be careful parking as it gets busy at times. Gas station shares the lot with them. I would order ahead on app then use drive-tnru.

“I stumbled upon this coffee shop while passing by. I had only known this brand to exist in New York, so I was surprised to find one here. A few months ago, I visited for the first time and ever since then, my husband and I have been hooked.

Even though it's not close to our house, we now go every weekend.

My favorite is the salted caramel cold brew and my husband loves the fall oat drink. I highly recommend trying them. I even recommended it to my coworkers and now they’re all hooked on the coffee too, haha.“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“
