“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. I want to add that I had my husband’s 50th birthday party there and they did an outstanding job making it happen. Karen and Sam Made some amazing food and they were so attentive to my guests. The bartenders, Kyle and Jo Jo Rocked it they made amazing drinks and Kept them coming to the birthday boy the Whole day.

But what’s even more special and means the world to me is that the staff that was not working that day came to hang out and help me set up and enjoy my husband’s 50th with us. Literally, family, and good friends at this bar. If you’re looking for a local bar to frequent to get good food, drinks and make outstanding friendships. I highly recommend you come down and see Dave, Denise, JoJo, Kim, Kyle, Elaine and Alison. Heck, you’ll probably meet me too. I’m the girl with the bow. That’s always at the bar.“

“Tucked away behind the Main Street we stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. We ordered Spring rolls and a Japanese thingy for starter, both were really good. For mains it was Beef and Ginger and Prawn Fried Rice, again both excellent. So for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it came to 58 euros, even excellenter ?…music choice was a bit different in that it was dance oriented but wasn’t out of place. “Love the place, food, environment, staff etc. Victor and Evan do a great job keeping GRI an inviting (and growing) restaurant with that small mom pop family feel. Throughout the years I have had many events and parties here including my businesses annual Christmas party. A lot of places you do not get to meet the owner of the family business. Evan and Victor are always checking up on guests, on the floor, delivering food, chatting it up, and being a part of the dining experience.“

“I’ve been to The Side Door before, but I’ve never had a bartender like Crystal. She is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! I originally stopped by for just one quick birthday drink, but her friendly personality, great energy, and amazing service convinced us to stay much longer than we planned. We ended up spending way more than we expected, and it was worth every penny because she made the whole experience so much fun.

I was honestly surprised to find out she’s a new bartender here because she made it feel like she’d been doing it for years. She was attentive, welcoming, and knew exactly how to keep the good vibes going.

Crystal truly made my birthday drinks memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending The Side Door to all of my friends—as long as Crystal is behind the bar! 10/10 experience.“

She was there to make us comfortable and happy.....which she did. And the food was the piece de resistance . We had stuffed zucchini blossoms for our appetizer and they were perfect. Then we got a salad, of which the house dressing is the way to go. And then we had an order of snow crab legs that were PHENOMENOL! And we also ordered the Pasta dish which had deep sea scallops and shrimp with a vodka sauce over angel hair pasta. Which was also incredibly good. We left there feeling very happy and satisfied!
