“The request was find the best pizza near our hotel. After comparing some reviews we headed to Urban Tomato. It’s in a neighborhood setting across from a church. The restaurant decor is simple but comfortable with a great hosts. We never felt cramped. The boys enjoyed a chicken pizza half garlic and half bbq drizzle and my wife and I enjoyed a fungi white pizza that was out of this world. I continue to say this, if g-d had given Jersey the water, their pizza would be king.“

It’s been a tough few months for her and i wanted to make sure she gets her wish. So yesterday morning I called kudos. Asked when they will close for the day. They said 10pm. We scheduled all our plans in such a way that at 9pm we go and get the much anticipated bubble tea. At 9 my husband, son and daughter headed out to kudos… only to find that they have closed at 7 for a private event. This is my back story. On the other side of the story… which probably has its own back story… Cherie the owner had shut the bakery as her daughter wanted to celebrate with her friends and family. As a mother myself I can totally understand that. When she saw my family she informed them that they are closed. But when she heard we had called in morning and saw my daughters dejected face… she opened her doors. Made a quick bubble tea and even gave some extra cookies as a New Years treat. My kids came back so happy saying “mommy it was a holiday miracle!” Thank you Kudo Society Cafe. For providing us one last 2022 miracle. Thank you Cherie for understanding. We have been Kudos patrons since it was at palisades park but now we are die hard advocating neighbors of yours. Ps: pic of the cookie treat. My son ate the red velvet on way home.“

“I frequently order from The BBQ location in Palisades Park after my morning gym session. There are many choices for good Korean style fried chicken but i find BBQ’s to have the perfect blend of crispy/flaky on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. My personal favorite chicken place-ordering online 20 min before my gym session ends ensures a ready to go pick up with no wait time. Easy and convenient.“

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“One of the top pizza spots in the city for a reason - be prepared for a line but it moves quickly! Tried their Burrata slice which is my god so freaking tasty - definitely a must try. Their Cheese / Margarita - imo amazing slice but i prefer the classic ny cheese without basil or fancy parmesan cheese - nevertheless a great slice.

We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Caesar Salad, and a 14-inch Pepperoni Pizza. Every single item was delicious! The quality of the food was outstanding. The pepperoni pizza especially stood out—crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. “Few places are as accommodating as the staff here. The menu, although on available digitally, is extensive. Large selection of GF (gluten free) items. You can start with apps, choose from pizza or pasta as an entree. It is BYOB and that can make for a fun evening. They will accommodate to suit taste, we had someone that was sensitive to sodium, they adjusted sted the entree to suit. The place is small, the food tasty and seriously, the service is over the top.“

Tomato slices were phenomenal where the tomato sauce was but dry every where else. Still, with that crunchy crust and great flavor... Great job guys. “I spent the last few days going a concert at the Bowery Ballroom and went to Nolita pizza every night and it is the best pizza I’ve ever had. The Sicilian double pepperoni with hot honey was insanely delicious. I’m waiting for them to add my new appetizer I suggested pepperoni basket . Because they are so delicious. Everyone working there especially the owner is super grateful and kind. “A friend at work recommended we have an office night out here and he probably just won employee of the year off of the pick.

I’ll start out with the drinks… absolutely amazing. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to whiskey and whiskey cocktails so I was skeptical when I saw the Nonino Essence (Bourbon, rye, amaro nonino, cinnamon, orange, angostura) as it was a combo of rye and bourbon… the drink was insanely good. Perfect balance of sweetness from the bourbon and spices from the rye, angostura and cinnamon.

The pizza selection was spot on. We ordered several of the pies and all were amazing. My personal favorite was the Piccante (the hot honey is a hitter!)

Not only were the food and drinks great but the staff was just as great! Super attentive and an absolute pleasure.

There’s a piece of me that wanted to gate keep this spot because I know it’s going to be tough to be able to get a seat there soon but I have to give them props on checking all the boxes needed to make a great night out successful.“

“First time ever in New York, had a 3 hour layover at Laguardia. Of course I wanted pizza. Lived up to NY's fine reputation of superior pizza. I got the classic, pan and two gigantic garlic rolls. The pizza sauce and dipping sauce for the rolls was some of the best sauce I ever had. Sweet with some twang but not in your face. Thank you for helping with my first NY experience.“
