“The decor at this morsel of Costa Rican culture is aesthetically pleasing and if you’re in the area, this is one of the better Tico spots. We watched Costa Rica beat Paraguay in a Copa America game while eating pupusas, un Casado and Tacos Ticos and totally hit the spot. Especially since they served some salsa Lizano on the side.“

They were very attentive to what I wanted. Quick and efficient. “A true authentic Dominican experience. This is the closest flavors to the food I grew up with, compared to what I've had at home and from visiting family in Dominican Republic. No gate-keeping! I want to make sure they get all the love and recognition they deserve. What incredible food, the options rotate daily, they don't have a menu. Not even sure if they have a phone, so just pop in and get your fix! The lady working the counter is incredibly sweet and you can tell cares for her patrons and the community.

“I found this place by a simple google search! Well it’s a gem! Everything was delicious! We had for an appetizer the empanada sampler and wow!!!! My husband had the skirt steak tacos which were delicious and seasoned to perfection! I had the city island basket and it may have been the best fried fish I’ve ever had! I love that's it's most likely family owned as we own a family owned business also. We love to give our business to small local businesses. She rolled her eyes and walked away passing us off to another waitress to take our order. I ended up having to Google some of the dishes. Wait staff weren't too nice. I guess you must be Guatemalan for them to be nice and all over you, or male for the first waitress to want to help as she was all over other male patrons.
