“I recently visited Koko Loko cafe in New Brunswick and had the pleasure of trying their Pistachio Latte and Caramel Latte. While both drinks were enjoyable, the Pistachio Latte truly stole the show.

The Pistachio Latte was perfectly balanced, with a rich, nutty flavor that wasn’t overly sweet but still indulgent. It had a creamy texture that complemented the espresso beautifully, making every sip an absolute delight. It’s one of those drinks that leaves you wanting more even after the last drop.

The Caramel Latte was good as well, with a classic sweetness and smooth finish, but it didn’t quite compare to the unique and standout flavor of the Pistachio Latte. If you’re deciding between the two, I’d highly recommend going for the pistachio—it’s a game changer!

The ambiance of the shop was cozy, and the service was friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be returning to try more of their menu, but the Pistachio Latte is already a favorite.

So on a trip up to NY a couple days ago, we finally got the chance to stop in on our way up the Parkway. This place is amazing! This beautifully-decorated coffee house had some of THE best coffee I've ever had in my entire life. I got TWO lattes while I was there (a French Vanilla and a Honey Almond). My family and I also got the chicken pesto sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter had an iced chai tea latte and loved it. DEFINITELY get to this place if at all possible! “I love this cozy spot in the main downtown of South Amboy. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are good, which is exactly what I needed. The Java Dave's special is my perfect order with pork roll (or bacon), egg and cheese with a hash brown. The girls working there are very sweet and attentive. Check it out if you're in the area.

Parking: There's street parking, but you normally don't have to park far if you can parallel park.“

“It was my first time there, and the lady who identified herself as the owner (Kelly) was very pleasant and helpful. She took her time explaining the drinks and their ingredients to me. I left there with 3 orders??‍♀️. The drinks were so good. Directions from Google were confusing. If you know the area, Highland Bubble Tea is on the opposite end of the bridge where Jersey Boys Pizza is located.
It can be tricky if you don't know the area. It's almost across from the new Performing Arts Center in Avenel! So, if you're looking at the PAC from Avenel St., in Avenel, Highland Bubble Tea is on your left side, across the street b4 going down the bridge. Lots of drinks and tasty snacks to enjoy. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the parking and the difficulty in finding it. Enjoy!!!“

We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. “We were looking for Brasilian salgadinhos to snack on during the Copa 2024 Brasil game. We found a large assortment at Cafe Cirino.
It’s a small place, with tables. A surprisingly large menu, with lots of choices. Gabriela took our order, which was made on the spot and well packaged for the trip home.

“I am very happy I took a chance on sunmerry. I’ve had sunmerry in Taiwan, and the products were very good there.

I ordered a taro pudding cake, and sunmerry delivered. The cream was light and airy, and not heavy/oily(like the frosting on the cakes at Paris baguette). The taro was actual taro paste, and the pudding was not overwhelming. It was the first time I finished a slice of cake with the frosting altogether.

I called 1st In Coffee and spoke to their customer service department and was given multiple choices of what I could purchase. I picked one and received it the next business day via UPS. It was a piece of cake to set up and it worked perfectly and did exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely do business with these guys again.“
