“I loved working at this restaurant so I still enjoy going here but I feel like it's kinda going downhill. The service with our waiter, Matt was great. He was personable, friendly and helpful. Dinner wasn't bad but there's often a mix up, missing something and tonight foreign object. Management was helpful but I feel like the standards aren't what they were.“

“I never ever ever ever feel obliged to review restaurants. There are hundreds of reviews that speak and echo anything I would say about the delicious meal I enjoyed. But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. “Excellent steak at a reasonable price. Good bar for a pre dinner drink. Very good service with a friendly staff. A little loud at times to carry on a conversation but that all lends itself to its lively atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Arthur’s and will be back.“

“My visit to Outback on Rt.46 in Parsippany New Jersey was one of the most pleasant experiences of my entire trip. My waiter's name was Lucas. He was friendly, professional, helpful, efficient, polite, patient, mannerable and had great expertise about service and was knowledgeable about great foods listed on the menu.. He treated me with such dignity that I felt special actually I felt regal. He is an asset to Outbank Steakhouse. Thank you Lucas, I will be referring relatives to your restaurant. I had traveled for 7 hours to New Jersey to attend a funeral. This type of service made a sad heart glad It was a healing experience.“

“I went with my daughter on Sept. 9th to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was awesome, the food was great, the staff was friendly and the guests that sat with us were so sweet and friendly. We had lots of laughs during dinner. “We are in the part of the restaurant called “the library,” which was a small room off to the left. Thankfully it wasn't busy or it could have been a bit tight. But the food was out of this world. Again! Although the creamed spinach seemed to have a funny taste, which was immediately replaced with another side when I said something. Service was good, but drinks were a little slow from the bar. The prix fixe of $55 was an amazing value. We both had the chicken breast and it was fantastic.“
