The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. “This is a small coffee and cake shop in a large space of slot machines and food halls, which are usually in malls. I do not know if there are enough connoisseurs of the exquisite taste of these cakes in that place. But the cakes were very fresh and delicious. Wonderful coffee and a very friendly girl served me, carefully bringing the brewed coffee to the table in a large food space. Here you can also buy a wonderful cake. very tasty!“

“Waited was annoyed by everything going on. presented his dis pleasure well to us. All the food was fabulous, but my Swordfish and my wife's had a Cyanne pepper Kick. It hit you when you took a bite of the fish and stayed with you. I had to drink water after every bite. i have been here many times and never had this happen. I tried to tell the waited but he wouldn't give me the time of day and the last thing for 5 of us he added 15% to the bill clearly marked tip. with the space empty for me to fill in more. NOT ever seen that. A great place that the management needs to take a serious Look at.“

Wide selection, all freshly backed, wonderfully friendly staff and the cherry on top is the actually fair prices in a time when almost nothing feels like that. They offer freshly made breads (including challah and Italian style breads) cakes, cookies and so on. This is a walk in bakery not a place to sit.“

“I had went to three different bakery trying to get a specific design a cake and was turned away . Finally I was recommended by a friend to to see Emily at Bella Vida pastry . Im glad I did ,I have to say my goddaughter sweet 16 turned out so beautiful it was more then we expected we sent her a picture and she matched it to the tee, and it tasted amazing. “My four year old was adamant that he wanted a rocket ship ice cream cake for his birthday. I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. I will always place cake orders with you guys!“

“Tried the USR location this morning as it's located around the corner from my office. Front staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful with assisting me to navigate options as a first time visitor. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. Can't wait to return to try desserts and coffee!“
