“Made the mistake of taking these in a take away box. They should really be eaten on the spot or after sitting in the fridge a bit to allow the cream to set otherwise it will come apart after cutting a few bites.

Had the Tiramisu and the signature cake and the are very luxurious. Dont know what else to say other than it is airy and you can feel each layer as you bite down on it.“

“Everything was absolutely perfect, from the service to the deliciousness of the food (Chilean sea bass was outstanding, the lamb chops special was superb and the grilled octupus was perfectly tender). The only mention I have and it's seriously not a big deal was the dining room that we were seated in was a bit too dark I actually had to turn my flashlight on my phone to see. On a scale of 1-10 I give it an 11 !!“

“As charming as the bakery is, it pales in comparison to Miss Eleanor, the owner. Over the past several years I developed a sensitivity to wheat, so I wanted a gluten-free snack. She had a wide selection of sweets (cupcakes, cookies, brownies) but I saw the picture of biscuits and quickly decided to enjoy them with my coffee.

I took Ms Eleanor up on her offer to warm them up and chatted while waiting for my order to be complete. We had a lovely conversation about so many things - food, travel, career changes.

The biscuits were delicious and very reasonably priced so I’ll have to make my way back soon.

“Wow…..just Wow! Lyndhurst Pastry Shop went above and beyond. We live in Georgia and my granddaughter marched in the Veterans Day Parade yesterday in NYC. And today is her birthday. I called 6 places before I spoke to Matt who said they would take my order. My order was for a full sheet cake with a mellophone on top and it was to be DELIVERED at 7:30 AM this morning at the band’s hotel. I also shipped the plates, napkins, forks, cake knife/server, candles, and lighter stick to the bakery for them to take along with the cake. It was PERFECT!!! The kids loved the cake for breakfast. I can’t thank you enough Matt, Jerry, and Paulette. If you need cakes or pastries, don’t go anywhere else. Steph did a fantastic job, the cake was delicious and we ordered cupcakes in another flavor to accompany the cake. I had sent her some ideas and photos and she went above and beyond. Wide selection, all freshly backed, wonderfully friendly staff and the cherry on top is the actually fair prices in a time when almost nothing feels like that. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. I came with a 2 year old, she needed a diaper change, they told me the restrooms were closed to customers and only for staff. “One of my favorite locations to get me some Cold Stone Creamery treats. My mother and I had a ice cream date to try their new “Cinna Roll Bliss”……OMG, Defreakinglicious. It was a beautiful night, we found parking right near the store and it was empty. It got packed as soon as we made our purchase. This location is clean, has a cute vibe and the staff are the sweetest. Looking forward to trying their pumpkin flavor.

One of the reviews says the person who is the wife of a city inspector and says that this inspector found the place dirty. Our and your bakery has never failed any of the city inspections since their first visit and we have never had to close our business for health reasons. As merchants we know that the competition uses these means to throw garbage at the reputation of its most successful competitors and that is unfair competition.
