We got the red beans and rice, gumbo and tomato soup and we need to try the rest of the menu! My husband and I just got back from New Orleans and my husband was sad because he loved the food so I googled and found this place! The gumbo was literally better than we had down there 😍 SO GOOD. And everyone working when I picked up (one was the owners daughter) were so passionate about how they make everything from scratch and kept giving me samples of everything and telling me their story. It’s a WONDERFUL locally owned place that should be protected at all costs. Cannot recommend enough!“

Also gave a small pie hot out of the oven that was very good (definitely dine in that'd be top tier pizza). “These drinks are part of their summer drink menu. Pineapple whipped crushed (taller glass) and key lime pie martini (smaller glass). Both were incredible! If your having a hard time choosing between the two my favorite was the Pineapple.
They always have great live music here and the food is pretty good. They Thai chili sauce is 10/10! Do get the shrimp with it you'll thank me later.
I also love coming for brunch. I am a big fan of a expresso cocktail and French toast.“

Everyone we encountered from the hostess to our server were friendly and professional. The meal is an outstanding value as we ordered from the $20 for 3 courses menu. The portions are full size and as always, delicious. I have been there for Sunday brunch and regular dinner in the past. This lovely restaurant is always worth the trip.“

My husband ordered the “Old World”, a fresh baked roll piled high with meats, cheeses, and Italian spices. I had a sandwich with lightly breaded chicken breast, fresh Mozzarella and roasted red peppers. And yes, it really was that good.
