“The best pizza and subs anywhere. Furr-get Aboutit I had a slice of cheese pizza and an orange soda while waiting for the rest of my order and it turned out to be the best pizza ever. I also had a delicious cheese-steak sub with fries and my mother got an egg sandwich. All the food came out quick fast and in a hurry and was extremely tasty. Would recommend to any local or hungry traveler. I met the two brothers that run the place and they seem like good guys.“

“Newtown is a historic, colonial town, and is very quaint and charming. Within, the Mercury Cafe is a gym with delicious comfort food and great coffee. While it’s vegetarian, many of the dishes can be prepared vegan. The BBQ pulled oats sandwich, pastrami panini, grilled cheese and tomato soup were all so good and comforting. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!“

“I Was in town for a Private Event, it was held at Keem's, Christian was manager that evening. My husband and I had a wonderful time, EVERYTHING was amazing, we have been talking about the food all the way back to Virginia! Thank you to the Entire Staff for all your efforts! “Had a lovely family dinner for four adults. sharing 4 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts. Everything was excellent. Standout starters were the apple and kohlrabi salad and the duck leg. We also really liked the braised short rib entree. Lauren was an outstanding server and coached us well in our selections.“

“First time ordering from here tonight and we WILL BE BACK… like a lot. We live in pike creek and will make the drive. We got the red beans and rice, gumbo and tomato soup and we need to try the rest of the menu! My husband and I just got back from New Orleans and my husband was sad because he loved the food so I googled and found this place! The gumbo was literally better than we had down there 😍 SO GOOD. And everyone working when I picked up (one was the owners daughter) were so passionate about how they make everything from scratch and kept giving me samples of everything and telling me their story. It’s a WONDERFUL locally owned place that should be protected at all costs. Cannot recommend enough!“

“We really enjoy the Porkette with Broccoli Rabe, long hots, and sharp provolone; it’s absolutely delicious. My husband tried the chicken parm sandwich this time, and it was also fantastic. If we lived nearby, this would be a regular spot for us. I highly recommend it!“

“Dinner at Masamoto was suggested by a friend, so you're getting a twofer review. If you love sushi how can you go wrong?
We went with another couple on a Wednesday night. (Now you're up to 5 people recommending this place-bonus!) The place is small, so we made reservations. Sadly, we were the only customers when we arrived. I was a little concerned, but once rush hour died down the place got busy. The kitchen was hopping, creating table and take out orders. And for good reason.
We ordered a bunch of sushi rolls. They all looked amazing when brought to the table. There's no point in telling you which rolls we order, because they were all great and the menu has so many choices. And they will even make you gluten-free rolls and fried rice if you ask.
You don't go to Masamoto if you don't like sushi, so go and enjoy some wonderful creations.
It's usually true what they say about cozy hole in the wall restaurants. Masamoto is such a place, and deserves to be packed every night. If you want Asian flair and the extra costs for decorations and loud music - good for you, but you're missing out. Masamoto is a mom-n-pop type place with great food and a fantastic staff. They are helpful and happy to take care of you. For me, a genuinely cheery staff is what makes a place feel welcoming.
Masamoto is a place you go for the food and the company. Make some time and treat yourself.
Oh, and bring your favorite saki, wine, or bubbly. They are BYOB. Your belly and your wallet will thank you!

“We love this place. This is THAT diner. Great food, friendly staff, and small town feel. You will feel like a regular the minute you walk in. “Terrific food and we were so happy to try it. You can tell great care was taken in preparation too. we ordered two big platters, hit tea called Chai and loved it. Total was below 50 bucks and we are so full. I am not even vegan and would come back in an instant. So many places to eat in the USA but few take great pride in their work. “Meghan’s was busy when we arrived. Breakfast was brought out to us in minutes after placing our order. Waitress very pleasant and fast. Bacon 🥓, sausage, coffee and eggs were good. Personally I can make way better French toast. Highly recommend Meghan’s. We will definitely be back.“

“1st time visiting Carmen's and I have zero regrets/. The food was delicious. The food here has Caribbean Flavors old school Grandmom style. “Celebrated a birthday with guests so we did the Brunch. Food was generally good; however, the meat carving bar was disappointing. I sampled the roast beef which was not very warm despite heat lamps. Also, the portion was improperly carved (with the grain) making the slice stringy and awkward to slice for consumption . No gravy or au jus was provided to warm it up. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.“
