But what’s even more special and means the world to me is that the staff that was not working that day came to hang out and help me set up and enjoy my husband’s 50th with us. “I’ve been to The Side Door before, but I’ve never had a bartender like Crystal. She is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! I originally stopped by for just one quick birthday drink, but her friendly personality, great energy, and amazing service convinced us to stay much longer than we planned. We ended up spending way more than we expected, and it was worth every penny because she made the whole experience so much fun.

I was honestly surprised to find out she’s a new bartender here because she made it feel like she’d been doing it for years. She was attentive, welcoming, and knew exactly how to keep the good vibes going.

Crystal truly made my birthday drinks memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending The Side Door to all of my friends—as long as Crystal is behind the bar! 10/10 experience.“

“Black Jack's is an awesome local sports bar / restaurant. There are many TVs with all the sports entertainment you could possibly ask for. The food is great and so is the service. I particularly like that they have live bands on the weekend.“

For mains it was Beef and Ginger and Prawn Fried Rice, again both excellent. So for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it came to 58 euros, even excellenter ?…music choice was a bit different in that it was dance oriented but wasn’t out of place. Gave really good beer suggestions: fruity but non sweet IPA, and another lemon beer.

Music was really good. There was karaoke that night too (Thursday).

There were a variety of ages, from 20s to 50s and even 60s, everyone was thoroughly enjoying themselves.

They have different events and bands throughout the month so defo check them out.
