“If you like Peruvian food this is a good stop. It was my second time visiting and though the waitress was new and couldn’t help much with the menu her service was good. People do order out a lot from here but they do manage to get your food in there in time as well. They play music which keeps the atmosphere entertained my only complaint was that it was extremely hot inside and the ac was on. Overall good food. The drinks saved me in the heat.“

“I was in town to visit to see cats at Rahway Kitty Hall. This restaurant is right next store. I stopped into get something to eat. I was impressed with the ambience of the restaurant. My Spanish is not so great, but the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The food I had was very good. I am interested in people from other cultures and their food. I will surely go there again and try another dish.“

“First off, hats off to the chef. So far I've tried the chaufa de camarones (Shrimp), chaufa de mariscos (mixed seafood),and their Rotisserie Garlic Chicken (I ordered 3 whole birds for a party I had and they were a hit). The food is very good, so far; bordering excellent. The portions on the chaufas were plenty; 2 people could easily share, 3 or 4 if you have something else on the side. We also ordered papas a la huancaina and maduros which were also good and enough to share for 4 people (we were 3 on Sunday). My sis n law had the churrasco which she said was very good. The atmosphere is clean, had about 8 to 10 tables and was welcoming. The only thing that management should watch for was that the prices on the menu were not what we were charged; they were about $2 to $3 more per main dish. The extra charge wasn't a big deal but it is worth mentioning as someone else may not brush it off. We plan on going back to try more of their dishes!“

“I always order food at work. This time I went downtown and ordered takeout. They treated me very well and with great affection. I loved the service of the two women who were there. You can tell from afar when a person has a good heart. I am going to recommend this place to everyone I know. Very kind. GOOD FOOD.“

“The staff was more than helpful in helping me choose what I wanted to try. The Chicken was delicious, as well as the aji-so fresh! The chaufa was perfect! Also I tried the Chicha Morada for the first time and it was so good! I also had the tres leches cake which was also delicious and fresh.

The portions are pretty big and worth the cost-I had more than enough for a decent lunch the next day.

So glad I decided to stop in and give this place a try!!“

“For people who are going to try the deadlift soup for the first time, I recommend ordering the seviche separately, because the lemon is strong and overpowers the flavor of the seafood. And the easy tasty marine dish for three people, make sure to bring a bottle of wine, nice place, a hidden gem.“

“The food is absolutely phenomenal and authentic Peruvian cuisine. The wait is a bit longer than one would hope but it’s because the food is fresh and the portions very filling! I swing by as often as I can when I’m on Staten Island. I love it!“

“I came across this place and I took a friend over to try tacos on May 5th
I was not too crazy about the food because based on my opinion it was missing flavor and presentation. The service was pretty good. Can be improved. The atmosphere of the place is really nice. Parking is on the street and they have a small parking lot. They don't provide alcohol but there is a liquor store across the street
