“Highly recommend this place! The grilled fish was absolutely delicious—super tender and full of flavor. The BBQ was also great, everything tasted amazing. Nana provided excellent service and was very attentive, and we even got complimentary drinks. After a long day of driving, this meal really re-energized us. “Really good food and late nights eats to be quite honest. It’s affordable to people going to Rutgers nearby and quick and easy to get to. Not too far from the yard and it makes it more convenient if you’re a nearby college student or just living in the area. Good eats I’d say“

“First of all, this place is very underrated. It serves authentic sichuan style dishes. Oh, for those that don't know it's a Chinese cuisine that is known for it spicy, numbing and bold flavors. Anyway, I literally came here because Ugly Dumpling (next door) sat me down and had me waiting for 15 minutes without any water, menu or anything. So...I left and came here. So glad I did. 🤭🫢😜“

“This place has an old school Chinese restaurant feel to it that reminds me of when I lived in new York. The food is very good I ordered beef lo mein and general chicken. The small portion size of both were enough for two people and everything was very good.“

“NEW OWNERS MADE THIS PLACE GREAT. any reviews past 4 months ago are irrelevant because of ownership change. I ordered very late at night and they were still working hard to put out the BEST CHINESE TAKEOUT IVE HAD. Definitely recommend to anyone with functioning tastebuds. Anyone without working tastebuds, go anyways because their food could probably fix you.“

“Every Chinese spot are similar when it comes to food. However I love Happy China! I’ve been ordering here for the past decade and not once have I got my order wrong. Food is ALWAYS fresh! And the people in the front are always nice to me. Love love love it here“
