“It’s a good spot to hang out“

“I dine in this lovely place from time to time! This is the best place to grab a bite. I visit this place at least once a month. The cooking is excellent, the staff is courteous and the payment is affordable. I enjoy going in this spot over a decent supper.“

“Visited Forrestal Grille for the first time to try out the menu - our food was prepared quickly. Please know the lighting is bright and isn't what you might typically find for usual dining ambiance. We hope to visit again and try some other options on the menu.“

“I just would like to start with the front desk staff is absolutely amazing, especially John Carlos. I have stayed in this hotel over the last 10 years, several times a year for at least a week at a time. This last time I was there I have money on my desk and someone, I would guess housekeeping, took it thinking it was a tip. I reported the incident and was basically told I was lying and the housekeeper wouldnt risk her job or self esteem over $40. There is a safe in the closet, I suggest that you use it.“

“Haven't set foot inside Docks since 2004 for no other reason than it's a little out of the way from home and I'm not much of a drinker. I've been working in the area again for about a year and wanted to find a local spot to go with some coworkers and figured since it was close, why not try Docks. I happened across a picture of one of their burgers and had to try one since having my gallbladder removed and being able to once again enjoy the occasional bacon cheeseburger. Stopped there tonight with a coworker, got the Houston Burger and let me tell you... it was incredible. Burger was well seasoned and juicy (even though I always order well done) and the bacon was top quality. The prices were fantastic and my coworker said they had one of the best Guinness draughts he's had in a long time. Definitely see it turning into a to-do after work more often.“

“My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit and have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose Tavern on the Lake for Hightstown, our 150th town.

Great eats and comfort food in a place that is at the center of the town. They have a fantastic beer selection on draft that rotates over time. For the fall season, we had a Hot Toddy and Spiked Cider. The French dip sandwich and crab cakes were great.

When there's warmer weather, they have a great outdoor patio too!“
