“Went to yard house tonight . Great place but no atmosphere for the holidays . Every Restaurant you go to is decorated & fun .It's no joy , fun, why would you stop decorating your place . People enjoy the Xmas Decor & it's makes people feel more festive & want to drink , eat & enjoy .Big mistake not to decorate.“

“Wow, what a great restaurant ?
This was our first time here and we were blown away with how wonderful EVERYTHING was.
We went here for the wife's birthday and they had set up a special table just for the two of us.
Whoever designed the decor did a great job with the colors, etc. They made one completely forget about the surrounding neighborhood. While it's not a bad area, it's just not really picturesque by any means.
Wonderful fresh rolls and a super pesto spread started the meal. Next I had a mushroom soup to die for and definitely unlike any other I have had before.
For dinner, my wife had the pork chop which was delicious and cooked perfectly. I had the short ribs with a light brown sauce, mushrooms, spinach and mashed potatoes, which was great, to say the least.
We shared the First "mounds" which was vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate and coconut and should not be missed. Lastly I want to mention that the waiter and the rest of the wait staff were all courteous, accommodating and very professional. We felt that they were among the best we have encountered in our area by far.
We will definitely be dining here again in the coming weeks and I would suggest that anyone living in Bergen county or northern NJ should do the same. EXCELLENT ?

“This place cranks out the best Taylor ham egg n cheeses. Any negative review you see of this restaurant is false. Seriously, get the TEC w SPK on a roll and you will literally soon after be telling someone else about how delicious it was.“

“We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

“I had the pleasure of being a wedding photographer at this venue a few weeks ago, and it was truly incredible. The venue features a rustic, organic field enhanced with modern touches that are simply stunning. The event hall is fantastic, and the natural sunlight pouring in is a great advantage for any occasion! I really appreciated the natural colors and how they complemented the country decor. “Fabulous place to host a private event in their beautiful downstairs area. The buffet was one of the best I have ever been to, the dressing on the salad was exceptional. The owner was very accommodating and the menu offered a variety of choices that took into consideration allergies and dietary preferences. not one complaint on any of the food. our server dona was terrific, the place is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, lots of parking available and very reasonable prices. I have also been there for lunch and highly recommend their flatbread. Love this place and will be back often.“

“A big, delicious mess. That is what I expect when I order BBQ style items off a menu and that's what I received! I stopped by for lunch and ordered the BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich. It was much larger than I expected and I did my best to finish it but did not fully succeed. The meat was overflowing and the sauce got everywhere.

The sides were decent. I loved the slaw but the fries could have used a little salt.

I am in town for a few more days and will definitely be back to try the ribs and some happy hour specials.“

“Dinner: dried tofu skin fried with peppers, sauteed kidney, deep fried boneless pork rib with rainbow pepper salt, hog maw with cilantro, stir fried clams, stewed chicken and mushroom with transparent bean noodle. Dim Sum: Shredded beef burger. Bao zi. The chef is a great master of northern style Chinese cooking, rich flavors yet light. Amazing.“

“You going to get a consistent meal at the Lantern. I usually will order ahead and pick up through the drive through. Today, we ate in, and can I just say the staff was amazing. Queen DD was so sweet and the gentleman whose name I forgot to ask, but assume is management of some sort, was SO KIND. Absolutely fantastic experience with them today. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness towards us! Yall made my little girl’s day with that itty bitty ice cream cone.“

“Passed this place a bunch of times. So I was hungry. So I said let’s give it a try. Well was amazing. Staff from moment walked in very friendly. Warm welcome. Started off with the Fire Roasted Wings (10) flame-broiled all-natural chicken wings marinated in fresh herbs & spices + lemon & herb dipping sauce Dough-Roni Pie Olli Salumeria pepperoni + tomato sauce + ricotta + fresh mozzarella + red onions Lemon Ricotta Ravioli Hand-made Ravioli + summer squash + fresh mint + pistachios + lemon zest + parmesan cheese Got off track sorry. Has seating at bar and has outside patio. (Was just a little to hot out there today) Very clean and definitely swinging by again. It’s right across street from Fairfield airport. Can’t forget the wine cooler before seated. There had to be 25+ wines to choose from.“

“Phenomenal historic establishment! We're looking forward to returning again. Our hostess Fran is warm, welcoming and gracious. As is Charissa and her hardworking and efficient staff. The place itself is so cozy and peaceful. I could have spent hours learning about the Vreeland's whose artifacts and photographs were displayed all throughout. Beautifully decorated with lovely antique furniture and everything carefully thought of to keep us comfortable. The music festival was awesome! One great band after another as we enjoyed delicious food and cocktails. Try their scrumptious Bennie for breakfast! It was hard to leave. Great vibes all weekend. We feel so relaxed after staying at your beautiful place. Looking forward to coming back! Thank you so much for keeping this exquisite historic place so friendly and authentic!“

“Stopped by Goffle Grill today for the first time. Friendly attentive staff. CASH ONLY. There is an ATM on site. Decent amount of parking.

Nice varied menu, good prices. Of course, I was there to get hot dogs, LOL. Two with mustard (for my son), two plain, regular fries and curly fries. Very good deep fried Thumann's franks on white rolls. Very tasty. Fries were cooked perfect.

They have Pepsi products.“

“This was my first time trythis restaurant and we loved . Everything was on point. The food was super good we ordered salmon with mando salad with avocado. And I ordered fig salad with grill chicken was so good. I recommend this place .plus the allagash beer. Thank u guys for your service“

“Grew up going to the Nutley location and now they're in Fairfield. I swear on their Ribs but they have a fantastic beer list with great local options and awesome happy hour specials for drinks and apps ( highly recommend prime rib Sliders). Met family for dinner the other night and got the "Baby Spinach" Salad with steak added and the steak was cooked perfectly and every ingredient was fresh. Huge menu that could accommodate pretty much anyone. Great stop in the area.“
