“Pizza Man @ Pompton Plains Friends have recommended this place and we definitely wanted to try it since I heard their seafood dishes are amazing !!!! Unfortunately, there were only two of us and there was a limit to how much we could try, and I completely missed the menu from Fish section .... Because we wanted to order the fresh clam in white sauce over linguini !!! Instead, we ordered Cavatelli alla Ripini from the Pasta section and Hawaiian pizza. Both were really good and the Cavatelli was sooo chewy and pleasant texture. We will definitely come back to try the clam in white sauce over linguine - since Alladin, the owner, mentioned that it was his favorite !!!!! And another one we plan on ordering ... the large portion ($34) Zuppa di Pesce !!!!! Seafood all the way !!!“

“We were attending the Chiller Theater Friday night and knew it would be late when we would be leaving. We prefer local restaurants over chains when traveling so we googled "Pizza near us" and your ad came up. Ordering online was easy! Estimated delivery time of 45 min was acceptable. We met the driver in the lobby of our hotel and enjoyed a delicious hot meal at 9pm! We will definitely call again when in Parsippany!!“

“Excellent place that has been around for a while. They know good food, and have a great atmosphere. Personally, I think they have the best pizza in town. They have consistently good service that never disappoints, and everything on their menu is delicious and well worth the trip here.Parking: The parking could be better, but they do have a valet on site that takes care of all of that.“

“In town for a Driscoll Food Show. As restaurant owners ourselves we take notice of so many attributes. The ambiance, attention to detail, service and especially the food. Our meals were absolutely delicious. I had the Butternut Squash Soup and King Salmon with Beurre Blanc with Sundried Tomatoes and my husband had the Scallops with Angel Hair. “Amazing pizzas! The dough is so good; it's well seasoned, thin and has the appropriate amount of char. The toppings are great too. We tried 4 pizzas there and all of them were great! The only issue is they only take cash and there are only a couple tables.“

“Along with Italian Riviera in Waldwick, this is the preeminent Italian delicatessen in all of Bergen County and its immediate surrounding area. The food is great. A lot of homemade stuff, sandwiches are stuffed, ingredients are top notch. Mom is an excellent cook, her eggplant parm, broccoli rabe are off the charts. Her two boys mainly look after the customers, they're quick, friendly and always smiling. Small storefront, very clean but humongous on the taste buds.“

A very special thanks to Briana who went above and beyond for our crew of eleven. For the most reasonably priced Italian restaurant we've been to , I highly recommend Due Fratelli. We only had one appetizer which was the Fried Calamari which was excellent. For our entree we had : Italian Wrap , Eggplant Parmigiana, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Veal Piccata, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Salvational, Chicken Mediterranean, Chicken Scarpariello . “This review is so overdue! This restaurant has become my go-to place for the best food in the area. I have tried so many restaurants but none keeps on calling my taste buds like La Cambusa! I come with my hubby and daughter and most recently with some of my betsies..I love their menu is small but super delicious. Their appetizers are amazing ? the little bruschetta at the beginning is so yummy and you kind of build it yourself. The flavors are super clean and sauces are light and full of flavors. Sometimes food is drenched in so much sauce that it loses its unique flavor but not here. Every dish is a perfect harmonious bite. It is BYOB which is a plus. Keep up with the nice clean flavors! “I really really really like this place. I ordered penne (a form of pasta) with butter alongside my family, and I love this place very much. The penne is beyond the term exquisite and the butter with it was amazing. I can only say the downside is the physical appearance and even then I like it. It's a little cramped and it's relatively hard to navigate when with a group even though the place is small, but I genuinely love this place very much. Overall on a scale of 1-10, I'm giving this a 9.7 due to the small inconvenience of small size it that's what happens when your located in a strip-mall. Thank you for your service and food!!“

“Order their drunken grandma with garlic knots tonight for dinner. When my husband brought it home it smelled amazing! The vodka sauce had a nice flavor to it. Not too acidic. Crust was nice and thin. The garlic knots where so light and fluffy as well as loaded with garlic and Parmesan cheese. I would definitely order it again!“

“I came upon this place through a friend's recommendation, and he was spot on! A good indicator of how delicious the food will be is the taste emanating from the to go bags. It was tough to sit in the car with that phenomenal aroma. Although we didn't try the pizza, the entrées we opted with were delicious. We ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce, and that was pretty good. The chicken cheesesteak with the works (onions, peppers, and mushrooms) were fully loaded. The vegetables were at the bottom and the chicken was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese. I loved the well toasted bun that was very crispy. “I ordered the chicken parm dinner and it was fantastic. This is one of the best chicken parm’s I think I’ve ever had. Thin chicken cutlets that are pan fried and crispy with the perfect amount of cheese melted on top. “Went for my husband’s birthday. Table got the mussels for appetizer. Fusilli arrabiata, chicken parm, and two seafood dishes- Risco con Pesce (shrimp and scallops is pesto cream sauce and rice) and Mare Misto (shrimp scallops and lobster tail in garlic sauce)- all were delicious! “Came here on a Friday night to meet up with a bunch of ladies. There were 15 of us. Had a great experience. We sat upstairs which was perfect because it was quiet and we were able to talk while enjoying our meals. The pizza was excellent! Very thin crust and crunchy. I loved it! Service was fast! We walked out not bloated, satisfied and pining to come back next week. We spent about $35 ( not including tip). Again. An value unheard of in the city. As a newbee from the city to Little Falls, I can not believe the quality of the food these two put out. It is on par with the city and way, way, way better priced. This is a place to go to every other week, if not more. “Nothing is more true authentic Italian than this place. Came in at 8pm on a Wednesday where they sat us immediately (kitchen closed at 9pm). We had the beets and goat cheese salad and the stuffed artichokes as an app. The beets and goat cheese sat on an orange that was juicy and sweet, it perfectly balanced the flavor. While the artichoke had just enough breading and was a garlicky goodness. For entre I had the pancetta mushroom gnocchi in a cream sauce which melted in your mouth. The salmon in the pesto cream was cooked to perfection (and I am very picky about how salmon is cooked) over a bed of sauteed spinach. The veal rack was delicious and the mixed seafood had a wide variety. My favorite being the grilled octopus. We finished off dinner with the best tartufo with vanilla and chocolate ice cream covered in a dark chocolate shell. And sliced pineapple with crushed pistachios and a drizzle of honey. The best time to come is during the week but if you come on the weekends, you must make a reservation.“
