“My go to coffee spot whenever I visit Red Bank. The family I stay with try to take me to starbies and I MAKE THEM go to Rook. The staff were patient with my boomers who didn't understand the menu. I like that it's an in and out kinda place. Get your Joe and bounce! Rook crew, you RULE!!“

Whomever the pastry artist is here goes above and beyond to make sure that their pastries are perfect. The raspberries taste like perfect raspberries. The oatmeal cookies are soft and delicious. Everything is perfect here right down to the atmosphere. Perfect location too.“

“First time at Once Bitten and we will be back! So many choices of donuts! We bought the Red Bank, Strawberry lemonade, raspberry beret (I think that was the name) and another chocolate raspberry. All were delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!“

“One of the best experiences, from the atmosphere to the unbelievably kind staff! The juices were absolutely delicious; we will definitely be back soon.. excited to try the açaí bowls on the cute patio seating next time. And they even have a little sweet treat for dogs!! (dog bowl)

“I visited yesterday morning before work and had a great experience. This location has a team that stands out from other locations. It fits in wonderfully with Red Bank’s culture even though it’s a recognized franchise brand and the coffee is delicious. The chocolate and strawberry croissants are very fresh. I love the modern aesthetic and layout mixed with the friendly atmosphere. I felt like I was in an high end “Mom and Pop shop”. It was also cleaner than most of the local coffee shops. Definitely suggest coming here if you want some reliably quick and tasty food/coffee in a busy Red Bank“
