“Well worth the visit! We decided to go for Mediterranean last night and a great option was Harmony in Franklin Lakes. Really lovely, spacious, pretty restaurant. The owner is always there to greet everyone and to make sure everything is to your liking. This time we tried the zucchini pancakes and they we delicious! Light, tender and flavorful, with a great sauce! We shared as we can get full easily. For the main course I have the Dorado and I have to say, impeccably prepared. Full of amazing flavors and really moist even though I decided to have it filleted. Next time I will have it whole as I enjoy my fish that way, but truly outstanding either way. My partner has lamb gyro and it did not disappoint. Lots of great flavor and a great deal to enjoy. We finished with Turkish coffee and tea and a flan-like dessert with cinnamon on top. Soooo good! Wait staff were great and the chef came out to see how we enjoyed the meal. Just a lot of attention to your comfort and enjoyment. Highly recommend for quality AND pricing. FYI, it's BYOB.“

I began with the beef tartare, a delicate yet bold starter. It set the tone for what was to come: precision and passion in every bite. My wife got the eggplant caponata for her first course, a vibrant dish that was both rustic and refined. Equally stunning were the scallops, seared to golden perfection with a buttery, caramelized crust. They sat around a small bed of caviar with purple mashed potatoes. The creamy, cloud-like ricotta mousse was paired with a coulis with ginger dough crumbs. “It is probably the Best Greek restaurant in the whole Bergen County. I was impressed with the layout, the waiters were very helpful, and gave us the best advice, even for the pickiest of us. After the Greek salad, crisp zucchini, and grilled calamari, the Pastitsio, Moussaka, and seafood Giouvetsi all cooked in clay pots filled us up, but then the lamb chops with lemon potatoes arrived, and nobody could resist them. For dessert we had a platter of galaktobureko"milkpie" and one called ekmek, that we could not decide which was the best. We will definitely come back, but we better fast in advance.“
