“The food is several notches above what similar places serve and quite tasty. Good value as the portions are a good size. They are very aware of celiac issues and we absolutely love that in any restaurant we can find. Cannot recommend them highly enough for those with gluten restrictions.

“Easy access off 287, but a world away from the hustle and bustle. Authentic, well-prepared, and very tasty food, with a nice variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to choose from. All servers I have experienced over the past few years have shown great pride in their inviting restaurant.
Vegetarian options: white bean salad is exceptional!“

“1st let me say - HI BEATRICE from your new customers Sarah & Doreen!!!! we were so thrilled to find your restaurant! then you gave us a BOISTEROUS welcome letting us know exactly how your system worked and what our options were. oh.... and then the choices were OFF THE CHART!!!! One more delicious than the next... thank you, thank you, thank you Beatrice - you have locked us in as two regulars... we barely spoke while we ate - Sarah & I were humming, 'cause the food was JUST THAT GOOD! LEMONADE KNOCKED US OFF OUR CHAIRS - WE COULDN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT IT! Looking forward to our next visit!“

“What a wonderful experience! The food was amazing, I even had the eggplant which I haven’t touched in years. Great atmosphere. Polite wait staff and the owner was a sweetheart! They really try hard to make your meal memorable. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for Cypress Tavern. All of our guests had a great things to say about the meal and the service.“

“Our family had a Memorial Luncheon on July 2, 2022 and experienced world class service by our server, Suzie and the busboy, Ryan. The cod, chicken rollatini and tiramusi were absolutely delicious - rave reviews by all from our party of 30. Suzie and Ryan were courteous, friendly, efficient and very professional. Both are a credit to the restaurant - job well done! We will definitely be returning soon.“

“Alex was very kind with my son and us. She made sure we are comfortable and helped us choosing right orders. We ordered raspberry iced tea, fried calamari’s, penne vodka with Shrimp and grilled cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries. We loved everything. The ambience was just perfect in outdoor seating. We will come again.“

“The owners are super nice, the food is always amazing and the place has a warm quiet atmosphere. This is our go-to place. I love the prishmi paneer, the vegetarian manthi and the Mediterranean delight. My husband always loves the lamb shank or lamb kufta kebabs with the rice, carrots and raisins. Either way we always have to share the baba ganoush and their special desert. Great byob dinner date spot.“

“While it isn’t much to look at from the outside, their Mediterranean food is fantastic and authentic (not some version of what Americans think it should be), and the service is stellar. The platters are perfect for sharing so everyone can try different dishes. They became a favorite after the first visit.“
