The place was clean and the staff attentive (it was a Wednesday night).The bill, surprisingly, did not include gratuity or tip. You pay either by card (small charge additional) or cash. The "downsides" are: no parking lot for diners as you park on the sides of the Avenue. There is also no alcohol (wine, beer or cocktails) served. I will bring my family here and recommend to friends.“

But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. I got a cheesesteak, I’m from Philly I just hope the steak was a bit more chopped up but overall the taste every single thing in here was good. And my corn muffin was toasted with butter lol and jelly it was yummy customer service was amazing I’ll be back. Keep doing it like that!!!“

“We were visiting from out of state, came for dinner a few nights ago and my husband says it's on of the best meals he's ever had. Henry was our server, and he worked fast and gave great suggestions as it was our first time here. Bobby came to check on us which was really kind.

We came back again for lunch because we loved it so much and had another great experience!

Zulma was our server this time and she was attentitive, fast and kind! We also saw Bobby again and she was just as sweet as ever.

“Great Food, Great Service Great Atmosphere. So we were bummed when we saw they closed the original location because how much we loved the place. We were relieved when they announced they were opening up in a much more appropriate and highly upgraded venue. This was perfect timing for us to celebrate our 9 year anniversary here. Upon arriving the inside captures the comfort and style of the Livingston location and then improves upon it with the beautiful outside seating area. Now onto the food which is just as good if not better than the original location im glad to see the quality has remained consistent. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wifes pasta dish was packed with quality flavor. The drink menu was definitely brought to the next level as well everything seemed like it was fine tuned and everything we tried was on point and had its own unique delicious flavor profile. Andy behind the bar was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to about the different cocktails. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was great it wasn't youre traditional kind but we loved the spin they put on it with the cake and ice-cream. Lastly for service Jonathan took amazing care of us and made our special day very memorable along with the rest of the staff. Everyone that came by the table was professional and had a smile on their face. They all seemed happy and took pride in their work which was nice to see. We will definitely be returning in the future. I implore anyone that reads this to visit and support this wonderful place.“

They can throw down & the food here is on point!!No bs, its a chill space to sit in peace and enjoy a meal by yourself, with your co-workers or even with your family. “So the ambiance and atmosphere here super dope and the staff is accommodating and very friendly however it just seems that there understaffed. Drinks took a bit long and when they came out they weren’t the right ones which was comped. Then they forgot an item we ordered for desert and accidentally threw away my food that I asked for to go. The server caught this mistake and comped us a whole pie but when I opened the box it’s a complete different pie.. so slightly disappointed there but I don’t think it’s the staffs fault I blame management. Aside from that tho Luke who was one of the servers was very polite and accommodating this place needs more Luke’s !“

Not to mention the food is phenomenal. I’m highly addicted to the Franklin steak house salad with steak. Their house dressing is soooooo good. Get the garlic bread too. Everything is really good. I’ve no complaints.

“Great restaurant - food is great, service is attentive. Restaurant policy not to allow you to have bread before you order is not good for people who need food with their drink. Manager (blond woman) was disappointing in her lack of understanding and customer service -very poor.. It is sad we must find another favorite restaurant because we loved it there.“

“My visit to Outback on Rt.46 in Parsippany New Jersey was one of the most pleasant experiences of my entire trip. My waiter's name was Lucas. He was friendly, professional, helpful, efficient, polite, patient, mannerable and had great expertise about service and was knowledgeable about great foods listed on the menu.. He treated me with such dignity that I felt special actually I felt regal. He is an asset to Outbank Steakhouse. Thank you Lucas, I will be referring relatives to your restaurant. I had traveled for 7 hours to New Jersey to attend a funeral. This type of service made a sad heart glad It was a healing experience.“
