“I got the chicken jollof. The people are very friendly and nice. Rice was just okay but the chicken was definitely very good. I would definitely want to come back but I most certainly will not. I paid $27 literally for some chicken, rice, and cabbage. Call it a portion and a half but I did eat the entire thing. Really though, I can go almost anywhere in this city and get the same, if not better, for $12-15. I’ll be honest, I am not even sure how they remain in business charging those prices to people. Well, that’s my two cents minus 2,700. Up to you if you want to give it a go.“

“Was here in on a mini vacation and was recommended to this place . As I woman that works in the food industry this pace was really good !!! They were busy but got our food out in a good quality time . Garlic shrimp was amazing !!! Dave the sauce for dipping your bread and even adding your rice for a nice twist !!! Will def come back ! “Superb service by employees, one of my new favorite places to go. Disappointing that is so far from where I live but still well worth the drive. All the seafood seems super fresh, highly recommend. Not a fan of their new ordering system which requires a employees code to order certain dishes.“

“I just moved a block away and decided to try this place out since it's so close. The first experience was pretty good. I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi Bowl and it was a lot more than I thought I would get. So that makes the price even better than what I thought it was. I definitely recommend this place I would go back and possibly order for takeout often since it's on my way home.“

“Just tried this place and WOW ! The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken had the perfect amount of kick and flavor, and the pork was seasoned to perfection. And let me tell you… the Curried Beef Lumpia and the fresh fruit juices was to die for.

On top of that, the service was amazing. The owner is so warm and kind, which really made the whole experience even better.

The only downside is that it was pretty cold inside there’s a noticeable draft. If they can fix that and make it warmer, it would be the perfect place to sit and really enjoy your meal comfortably.

The prices are very reasonable. 6 family members had full platters-chicken ribs fries & rice with a large side salad $93 that included a tip. Parking is a nightmare but it can be it's worth the headache. Highly recommend“

“Jersey Joe’s is truly the best. They catered a large bbq I hosted this summer and did a phenomenal job, I’m still getting compliments on the food even now. This was the first large event I was hosting at my new house, and I was worried I bit off more than I could chew, but jersey Joe’s made everything so much easier for me. I didn’t have to worry at all, they took care of set up and clean up, they packed up all the extra food and even put it in my fridge for me, and all my guests raved about how kind all the workers were. I’d give them 12/10 stars!“

Food is always delicious and fresh, and prices are remain incredible. Hope they don’t raise the prices because they will always be our go to for comfort food! Where else can 4 people eat and have leftovers for $35??“
