“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“Absolutely delicious 2 tier cake for my son's engagement party. Sophia decorated it beautifully !! with the fresh roses I brought in the day before. Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“

“This place is awesome. Take it from someone who grew up in Brooklyn around the corner from Bell Bialy and Hot bagels. Heartland 2 are just as good and made the same old authentic way. 👍“

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“

“Plenty of parking. Very clean and the bathroom was clean and smells clean. I can tell the workers work efficiently to keep the store clean and tidy. The service was fast with many baristas on site. Food was good and for once the coffee tastes fresh. I cannot say the same for most Dunkin’s I have visited but this Dunkin left a refreshing taste of coffee in my mouth.“

“Im not a big Dunkin person. I just find their products to be overpriced so I go elsewhere. But I needed coffee and I couldn't wait. I downloaded the app, which i recommended, and placed an order.

The place is pretty small. The line at the counter was 9 deep. Fortunately the mobile pickup is a separate line, which was only 4 deep

The two ladies working were moving! These poor girls were slinging sandwiches together, pouring coffee, taking orders, serving food. Jeez. Hire some people! I felt bad for them. They're definitely underpaid.

The coffee was good. The sandwich was good. But I feel so bad for those ladies busting their asses like that. $3 for a little cup of coffee and overpriced prepaid donuts? Hire some people. Your employees deserve better.“

“I enjoy this location a lot, the quality of product is mostly better than other locations. The only problem is the basic bottom feeder quality of customer/human that exists on Staten Island. Reviews that complain about Indian workers and today a racist comment being made by a typical Italian lady with two kids about another customer. Just because you have never been educated or corrected doesn't mean that Staten Island is your private waste dump to be a garbage human on. Grow up and learn something.“

“best dunkin donuts on the island literally the only dunkin donuts within a 10 mile radius that doesn't just give you regular bacon when you order snacking bacon it actually has all the good tasty stuff they are supposed to put on them. The morning shift are some of the nicest and most accommodating people. Always come here even tho there's a dunkin 3 mins away from me I drive 15 mins to this one. Drive-thru can be a little bit busy in the early morning hours. But the line moves so fast it's not even worth parking and going inside they move like lightning“

“Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.“
