“MTea is a fun spot for Asian desserts and the perfect end to a dinner in Princeton! I’ve been here a couple of times but just recently went and tried their gelato. I got the chocolate gelato in the smallest size, and it ended up being $8, which was overwhelming. It was not as creamy and smooth as other gelato places, so it felt more like ice cream. I wasn’t really happy with the gelato, though they have a wide variety of macarons, mousse desserts, and crepe cakes that I’d want try. There’s a good amount of seating too!“

From the starters to the finishing course of matcha affogato, thought out and orchestrated like a fine symphony. It is expensive. For many it will be a “special occasion” treat because of the price. If the guest left with something such as a baked treat to enjoy for breakfast or a candy to enjoy at bedtime, Naoki would have extended the experience to the guest's home.“

“BEST SUSHI AROUND!!!!!!! I’ve tried sushi up to 20 minutes from Plainsboro and I was disappointed every time. I found out that Hiro opened from a Clippers magazine and I literally couldn’t be more excited that it opened 2 minutes away from my apartment. Super clean, great music, nice decorations! Will definitely be returning. Best of all, no more complaining about how the sushi in the Princeton area is horrible!!! :) love love love!“

“We had such a great experience at Lee’s Sushi! The sushi was delicious, the prices were fantastic, and the service was wonderful. The staff were so genuinely kind and welcoming, and even though we really took our time, we never felt rushed. It’s a relaxed restaurant, which was perfect for us to sit back, enjoy our meal, and catch up with each other as a group of five. We had such a nice time and will definitely be back!“

“Midori is our local Go To for consistently good sushi. We've been going here for a few years now since they reopened a while after COVID. My neighbor's turned us on to the place when they ordered sushi platters during and after COVID since they didn't open their dining area until much after most places had already opened. Their sushi and food has remained consistent with quality and taste and never failed us. Sushi is always fresh tasting and lots of variety of specialty rolls also. My kids really love the chicken katsu dinner and always get that. Their Kani salad is one of the best I've had around the area. Their dining area is nice and large with plenty of seating and is a great atmosphere. They are BYOB also, which is a plus. It you are from the area you are missing out if you don't have Midori as one of your go to local sushi spots. You won't be disappointed.“

“I just got back from a trip to Tokyo/Kyoto and have been seriously depressed missing all the delicious Japanese food I was able to eat over there. Thankfully I found Mizu Japanese Cuisine on Uber Eats. I ordered the Chicken Katsu which comes with all the fixings (salad, miso soup, rice). The chicken was so juicy and delicious. I also got a side order of pork Gyoza which really tied the meal together. If you are stuck in a post-Japan trip depression this place will surely lift your spirits. And it is consistently excellent. The service is RIGID and somewhat condescending. So if you're looking for a place where the proprietor and servers are super congenial... walk away. Still, it's the best sashimi preparation in town so I will probably keep shelling out the dough when the cravings arise.“
