“We ordered the 3 course meal. Beef wellington, lobster risotto and dessert. Our daughter ordered the mac and cheese. The risotto was amazing as well as the dessert and the mac and cheese. Only complaint was the wellington was room temp/cold when we received it. That may be how it is supposed to be served, we aren't sure as it was our first time trying it. The meat was cooked perfectly and the outside crust was so good. Our 9 year old did say the mashed potatoes needed to be seasoned as well. Overall, great experience.“

I can also tell you that our chefs cannot hear a thing back in our kitchen, so if you did say something, I can guarantee he didn’t hear you. But to put a bad review without even knowing the circumstances and trying to give us a bad name is irresponsible and immature. Maybe next time you can stop and ask instead of ASSUMING. “Promptly greeted by host Johanna. She accommodated our request to move to an outdoor table. Then server Jasmin nicely greeted each person at the table and answered all of our questions. She was prompt with our bar drinks and very attentive to our requests. Our food served at the perfect temperature; clam chowder soups, rice bowls, and jalapeno bomb burger. We asked jasmin for dessert recommendation and she suggested the cheesecake and excellent choice! We will definitely dine at Fred and Ethel’s again for the outstanding dining experience!“

“bad experience at Vicks yesterday. The cheesesteak looked nothing like the pictures on their site. The meat was not flavorful. not chopped up enough. The cheese was just laid on top of the cheesesteak and came off when I took off the paper. they forgot my mushrooms and they didn't even cut it in half. I'm really surprised that the reviews are so high. I even paid the money for the extra meat?“

“I love all the sandwiches at Roses but my favorite is the big Nick breaded chicken cutlet roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella. delish!! I think its mainly a takeout spot, because they have only like 4 tables. parking is never a problem though so i have no complaints.“

“Since I cannot cook right now, my Chef friend Amy Phillips Manzione from Stir It Up in Northfield has been providing our meals. She changes her menus weekly and the food is delicious. From Citrus Salmon to sweet potato burgers, lentil loaf, beef gyro, eggplant dishes, turkey burgers and chicken spinach meatballs-the entrees are delicious, healthy and a lot of gf and vegan items, which is rare in this area. Her side offerings are amazing-sweet potato wedges, blue cheese slaw, jicama citrus salad, aloo potatoes and blueberry protein bars. The desserts are perfection, from the mini key lime pies(mom’s favorite) to the peanut butter cookies, which are so good I only order one at a time…. She also does special holiday menus So, if you are in the area, or driving through on your way to the beach, stop in and pick up a great meal! And I need to tell you how we met…. Just a few months into the pandemic, I had a 3 day gig in AC. After the first night. I was feeling awful enough to go to the ER. I didn’t expect to be kept overnight for testing. I didn’t know Amy, I had only been in her shop once. I decided to call to randomly see if she could cover my gig-explaining the situation. She accepted without hesitation and then would not let me pay her for jumping in. I was blown away. Because, who does that? She didn’t know anything about me. So, in addition to her talent as a Chef, she is an incredible human 💕💕“

“Ate here yesterday with three of my co-workers. I've had their food previously at the restaurant and we've used them for catering but it was my co-workers first time there. Two of my co-workers had oxtail and my other co-worker and I had wings (I also added a piece of fish to mine). EVERYTHING came out as expected; hot, fresh and delicious. Seasoned perfectly. We all loved every single bite and the sides were also amazing. Will be back. Sorry...didn't get any pics. We were starving and starting eating as soon as we got the food. Lol!“

“I was in atlantic city . I have walk past this truck a million times when I visit atlantic city. So yesterday i was hungry i didn't want to eat food i could get in New York. The guys that work at this truck are nice. They are willing to listen. When i tell you that Chicago cheesesteak was lit. The fries and the mozzarella sticks. Awesome. I would come back ago. “My husband and I happened to read about Vive Bene while looking for a place to go to dinner for a rare date night. I need a place that offers gluten free items and this place popped up. I checked out the online menu (which does vary slightly from their new menu) and was sold! Not one single thing disappointed. Drinks, appetizers, dinner, and dessert all tasted incredible - dessert made from scratch 😋!! The staff were all incredible, friendly, and attentive. Our server, Bailee, was the best! She was very attentive to my food allergy and fantastic with recommendations, and we felt right at home with her! The water stayed full as did our bellies 😂. The atmosphere was also cozy yet had an elegance to it. 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to go back to try another meal!“
