“I went in at 1:15am, and there was only one employee that I knew of working at this time. Granted, I was the only customer, and I imagine they rarely get much business during these hours. Still, the present staff was friendly and quick, and food still delicious.“

“Pleasantly surprised when I found out they fry the donuts on the spot so it’s nice and perfectly warm when served. Tried out the blueberry pie and strawberry shortcake donuts and they were delicious. They melt in your mouth and have the perfect texture. The donuts also had the perfect amount of sweetness and they were not overly sweet. However, I did wish that the strawberry shortcake had more icing on it because I felt it had less than the blueberry one. The staff were super helpful and friendly too!“

“Easy to order with accuracy and time. Im not a fan of sandwiches just taste bland. They have every selection of donuts which they keep fresh rotating hot out of the oven. Its just me that I dont like their donuts as they all taste the with that familiar aroma. Again, that's me. You have all you expect from a Dunkin so no change in the quality. They have a drive thru that is somehow tucked within limited lot space. Its a heavily trafficked by location to main roads with a traffic light at entry from 34. Be careful of parking and walking into store. The drive thru is very active making parking entry and exit challenging due to volume and driver choices. Slow and steady on feet and car. Just be aware of your surroundings. I usually get the 1lb packages of flavor led coffee. They have a special here with purchase if these coffees. Can't remember details but the 4lb total estimare comes out $30-$41 range. Staff is friendly and efficient and the property is well maintained.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“The staff is very good, always fast and friendly and we very much enjoy this Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s so close to our house. The only problem is that they are always out of chocolate munchkins and a lot of other donuts that we want no matter what time of the morning or day we come.“

“This Dunkin is my go-to in the morning. Service is fast specially the guy that is working in the sandwich station. He works alone but gets the food done quick and right. “I work in the mall and I was there yesterday 10/9. It was an extremely busy day due to a Jewish holiday and there was only one person working in the store. I just wanna show some appreciation to her. I wish I knew her name. She was there by herself the entire time. The day was overwhelming, and she persevered. “best dunkin donuts on the island literally the only dunkin donuts within a 10 mile radius that doesn't just give you regular bacon when you order snacking bacon it actually has all the good tasty stuff they are supposed to put on them. The morning shift are some of the nicest and most accommodating people. Always come here even tho there's a dunkin 3 mins away from me I drive 15 mins to this one. Drive-thru can be a little bit busy in the early morning hours. But the line moves so fast it's not even worth parking and going inside they move like lightning“

“I enjoy this location a lot, the quality of product is mostly better than other locations. The only problem is the basic bottom feeder quality of customer/human that exists on Staten Island. Reviews that complain about Indian workers and today a racist comment being made by a typical Italian lady with two kids about another customer. Just because you have never been educated or corrected doesn't mean that Staten Island is your private waste dump to be a garbage human on. Grow up and learn something.“
