“I went in at 1:15am, and there was only one employee that I knew of working at this time. Granted, I was the only customer, and I imagine they rarely get much business during these hours. Still, the present staff was friendly and quick, and food still delicious.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“Absolutely delicious 2 tier cake for my son's engagement party. Sophia decorated it beautifully !! with the fresh roses I brought in the day before. Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“

“This Dunkin is my go-to in the morning. Service is fast specially the guy that is working in the sandwich station. He works alone but gets the food done quick and right. I always order my ice coffee caramel 1 pump cream and my sausage egg and cheese extra sausage. They do it perfectly. Great Job!“

“I was normally going to a different Dunkin' location, but I came to this nearby location when the other location refused to honor a teacher appreciation day promotion. I plan to make this my new go-to location. The staff at this location are so friendly and the coffee was well made. Also love that they support educators and promote good customer relations. “Easy to order with accuracy and time. Im not a fan of sandwiches just taste bland. They have every selection of donuts which they keep fresh rotating hot out of the oven. Its just me that I dont like their donuts as they all taste the with that familiar aroma. Again, that's me. You have all you expect from a Dunkin so no change in the quality. They have a drive thru that is somehow tucked within limited lot space. Its a heavily trafficked by location to main roads with a traffic light at entry from 34. Be careful of parking and walking into store. The drive thru is very active making parking entry and exit challenging due to volume and driver choices. Slow and steady on feet and car. Just be aware of your surroundings. I usually get the 1lb packages of flavor led coffee. They have a special here with purchase if these coffees. Can't remember details but the 4lb total estimare comes out $30-$41 range. Staff is friendly and efficient and the property is well maintained.“

“I enjoy this location a lot, the quality of product is mostly better than other locations. The only problem is the basic bottom feeder quality of customer/human that exists on Staten Island. Reviews that complain about Indian workers and today a racist comment being made by a typical Italian lady with two kids about another customer. Just because you have never been educated or corrected doesn't mean that Staten Island is your private waste dump to be a garbage human on. Grow up and learn something.“

“I work in the mall and I was there yesterday 10/9. It was an extremely busy day due to a Jewish holiday and there was only one person working in the store. I just wanna show some appreciation to her. I wish I knew her name. She was there by herself the entire time. The day was overwhelming, and she persevered. The drinks that we ordered came out in a reasonable manner given all the circumstances. A huge shout out to her and her service.“

“Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.“
