We keep coming back for the ox tail stew, ribs, beef steak, porkchops, dumplings and the boneless chicharonnes de pollo. Most meals are served with white or yellow rice and beans or vegetables. If you want to try something different, they have the beef liver and squid ink fried rice which remind me of squid ink Paella. The combination meals are a great option to try out different dishes. The staff and owners always greet you with a warm welcome.“

We ordered the oxtail. It was delicious! So meaty and full of flavor. We also ordered the pernil which was very tasty and tostones with garlic sauce.

The food came piping hot and quickly. I cannot wait to order from Tina’s again.

“I ordered from two good to go, which is an app that gives you discounted meals for less at the end of the night. They gave me liver which I’m not a fan of liver, but I gave it to a friend. I got potato salad. That was delicious a soup with pork in it and vegetables, rice and beans and a vegetable dish with okra and plantains. The lady at the counter could look a little less upset, maybe they should play some music for atmosphere, because it’s like eating in a closet with windows. That said, the food is all that really matters. The rice is fluffy, the beans are perfect, and the stewed beef was the perfect addition. The lemonade is delicious and I’m pretty sure they make their own tres leches cake, it’s good but a tad on the sweet side. All in all, definitely worth a 2nd trip.“
