I tried the Thai tea with real whole milk and was pleasantly surprised that is was better than some Thai restaurants around here. My friend got a coffee tea and he was impressed also. The young man that made our teas was personable and skilled. The owner of the franchise also runs the Nathan's inside the shop and he's a very nice man. - Flavor: Limited selection available. I got the Jasmine milk tea with oreo, rice mochi, and boba. The taste of the milk tea was drowned out by my choice of toppings but still kept an accent taste of Jasmine. However, the texture of the tea was silky smooth without feeling too heavy or overly creamy.
- Boba/toppings: Generous amount of Boba with an ideal elasticity. The whole boba was elastic throughout for a pleasantly springy and tasty chew. More importantly was the rice mochi. Usually I dislike mochi because it gums up the straw but this handmade mochi was superb. It broke easily for pleasant drinking, actively varied the texture between silky tea to a thick rice pudding-like texture, and the plain rice flavor tempered what would normally be excessive sweetness from the oreo or boba.
- Price: Due to my toppings, price was on the higher end (8$, 2026) compared to what I consider the average price (7-8$). The average large will be roughly 7$
- Overall - Although slightly short of what I would consider an ideal local bubble tea place due to wanting a more flavorful tea (might be my fault for the toppings), I would happily come back again just for the mochi/boba combo alone.

- Extra - The seating area is quaint for small group hang outs. They also have a peculiar thing for adding cheese to their drinks which I haven't had the pleasure of trying.“

“I went to this cafe for the first time with my friends and I found it very enjoyable. The poke bowls and tea are delicious although it can be a bit pricey. They have 3 ordering stations and private seating places which are perfect for studying but a bit dark lowkey. They also have free water which is a blessing. Parking is also easy to find🙏.“

- Flavor: Fair flavors available. I got both the Panda Milk tea and the Oolong MIlk Tea on separate occasions. The tea flavors are moderately strong and offer a nice smooth texture instead of a diluted tea. Could do with stronger tea but then would come into conflict with the toppings.
- Boba: Average amount of Boba with a decent elastic but slightly stiff chew. The boba is a consistent texture throughout. Important note is that the standard milk tea comes with another free topping in addition to the boba
- Price: Cheaper (6$) than what I consider the average price (7-8$, 2026).
- Overall - While I wouldn't peg it as the best bubble tea, it is rather convenient. I would recommend if you are more interested in experimenting with toppings you might like as it would be served with a decent milk tea base as the background.

- Extra - The location is a kiosk within the mall and not a dedicated store. Plenty of room and seating nearby for hangouts.“

“Got carrot and orange juice, they made it fresh. Wide variety of ice cream, snacks, acai bowls, waffles, bubble tea, smoothies, and other drinks. The cup is sturdy and the store is cutely decorated. The employees are nice. Price is reasonable. Located across from Cheesecake factory and next to Barnes and Noble inside the mall.“

Parking is a big issue here. You can never get a parking close to the shops unless in. In peak hours . Sometimes you have to pay for the parking… pricewise, it was OK..

“My favorite bakery. Love egg tarts, love Boba, love the unique breads from the tuna roll to the raisin twist that tastes like a Trinidadian currants roll but with the addition of coconut.

“If you like Hong Kong food, this restaurant will be a good choice. The three of us only had the Labor Day menu left to order. We ordered beef porridge and preserved egg and lean meat porridge, which were delicious. The porridge was cooked very authentically, almost replicating the taste of what we had in Hong Kong. The barbecued pork buns were so delicious that I forgot to take pictures. The appearance of the barbecued pork buns made me think that they were just a stuffed bun, but the fillings were amazing and tasted beyond expectation. The fillings of the dumplings are so much that they will explode, but the skin is as thick as a steamed bun, not the thin skin and meat as we imagine. I am not very used to it. Fried chicken wings are available everywhere in the United States, and there’s no comparison. In addition, what we like very much is the Hong Kong-style milk tea in the store. The boss has adjusted the sweetness. It is not as sweet as the Hong Kong milk in our impression. It is surprisingly delicious. Instead, it feels like Taiwanese milk tea. It turns out that the boss’s wife is Taiwanese. All in all, this store doesn't have any renovations, and the menu doesn't have very fancy dishes, but the food is really delicious.
