“My family and I stayed at the Reeds this past weekend, and we had the most wonderful kick-off to a great weekend at the Water Star Grille. We decided to sit at the bar and grab a drink while other family members arrived from their long drives, and we had the absolute best service from our bartender, Kristen. Kristen's positivity and enthusiasm really stood out, and her fabulous bartending skills were evident in the delicious drinks she made for us. We recommend the Saxtini and the Strawberry Lemonade Martini! We were initially unsure about which appetizer to order because of a shellfish allergy in the family, but Kristen had helpful suggestions that steered us in the direction of a very delicious order of nachos with lobster on the side. We highly recommend pre-dinner drinks and appetizers at the Water Star Grille's bar area, and be sure to ask for Kristen!“

“We have had dinner multiple times on the outside deck at Reeds. I never know this restaurant existed, it's small but the food was excellent! I had the crab stuffed flounder dish and the boys ate the tuna steak. We shared the grilled octopus (one of the best), tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail and the shrimp Louie salad (again excellent and a favorite). The service was spotty. There seemed to only be one Server and the rest for food runners. It took forever to get drinks. For me the quicker I get a drink the better I am as I could sit there for much longer waiting for food. They did have some sort of reunion happening right outside and quite possibly this is what jam them up and the deck was not open due to heavy rain. We would definitely return regardless as the food was excellent. “

“Tried this place for dinner on a whim and thought it was great. Importantly there was lots of seating out back and with a beautiful bay view my girlfriend and I enjoyed our wings, meatballs, and Caesar salad. Prices are fair and think this is worth a dinner send on a nice evening here.“

“Keenan’s is one of my favorite places to visit in North Wildwood.!!! I was there as recently as last night. They have a nice crowd even during the day and always have a great atmosphere. The people are very welcoming and friendly with the customers The food is really good!
The service is amazing. It gets very busy in the bar and the bartenders are always right there to get your next drink. I love the fact that you can sit inside or outside. No matter where you sit. They have a band outside and inside. Not only do they have a band, they have some of the best bands in whole in the island.
I highly recommend Keenan’s as a place for you to go and have a great time!

“We stayed here from Aug 30-Sept 1 2024. Absolutely an amazing stay. I would say this hotel is not one you stay in if you’re there for a whole week and expect to live in your room but for us it was everything we needed at a fantastic price. The room was clean, comfortable, updated and all around great. The staff, let me tell You how wonderful they are, we needed to check in later they said “okay we got it” no issues, our room was cleaned and refreshed within an hour of us being out the door and back from the store. We asked for a later check out and they had no issue giving us an extra hour. They were beyond accommodating when we needed assistance the day we checked out and even offered to let us use the accommodations they provide for guests. We will be coming back and staying here again.“

“Update: went back 2 days later and dumpster smell was gone! I recommend this place for prompt service and consistency with good food always.
Great for a late lunch, after beach and before the drive back to Pennsylvania. The service is always prompt, great crab cake sandwich, chicken sandwiches and fries. The restaurant is clean, maintained well and a nice breeze. One note, while there, this time, we were seated to the back right and every so often could get waft of trash dumpers behind the fenced enclosure. This was the first time we noticed this. we go here several times a year, and have been going here, for many years.“

“The crushers were very refreshing after a warm day and the ‘U peel shrimp’ were EXCELLENT (a half pound is plenty for two people). The crab cakes were also delicious and decent portions. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.“

“The food is decent but this location is all about where you are seated. Previously we were under the blue awning adjacent to Two Mile Landing and it was awesome. This time we were seated back by the bar in the middle of the deck. Tables were packed tight and people on top of you . Probably the worst outdoor seating area in the entire place. Highly recommend you be specific on where you want to sit instead of just selecting outdoor area as this was awful.“

“I've eaten here a number of times over the years and thankfully it's stayed exactly the same every time I've been in. The portions are amazing and the prices, very reasonable! It's absolutely one of the very few places you can go here on the island and be able to spend $25 and get lunch for 2 and leave the waitress a healthy tip. My wife and my favorite is their Chicken Caesar Salad. The lettuce always has a nice fresh crunch to it the chicken is cooked perfectly and I've never had a time it was ever dry here. The Caesar comes with dressing on it and it's always been just the right amount in my taste, never too much but never have I wanted to ask for more... The atmosphere is wonderful both inside and out at the garage bar where because I have a love for outdoor dining I tend to sit more often. I never have felt like we were forgotten or needed to request anything while out there. Every time I've eaten in either part of the restaurant everyone, from the hostess, to the waitress, to even the bussers have never been anything but polite and helpful with smiles on their faces and always a helpful word when stumped on what to get from the menu! Always a win both on and off season and always somewhere I stop when I'm in town!!“

This is the best establishment in Sea Isle City with awesome drinks, service, and the food is AMAZING (try the penne a la vodka in the off season - it’s unreal)! We always get incredible service from Sergio the waiter and look forward to seeing him every time we are down the shore. We’ve also had a great experience with Nicole, George, Colin, and all the other bartenders. All around an amazing experience!!! PS Lenny for Mayor!!!“

“Brett was an excellent server. Friendly but not intrusive. In a booth , very comfortable. But near a table of 9 extremely loud, thankfully they left before our food arrived. Looks like outside does not have large tables so might be a better choice if you want quiet.“

“Nice open space to spend time with family and friends. Casual. Inside and outside seating. Drinks are a little pricey (but it's Avalon) and there is a 2hr parking limit (street meters). We had finger food and drinks and had a great time sitting at the humongous and beautiful bar.“
