They are extremely friendly, have a sincere love for all animals and are the kindest people you will ever meet ! My PepperGirl enjoys roaming around the store, getting extra love and attention. “Visited Johnny Scoops for ice cream with my sister and little ones yesterday 08/27/25. We were greeted by such an amazing man who had such a happy demeanor and he was so sweet to my little ones. We were able to choose from so many flavors and he had just released new flavors. Everything that we had was very delicious but what made it better was the excellent service that we received throughout the whole transaction. There was a smile on his face the whole time and honestly, not many vendors on the boardwalk are nearly as personable as he is. We 100% will go back there again. I hope that many people come here for their ice cream bc of the great service and ice cream at excellent prices…compared to many other places on the boardwalk. The size of the scoops are big too. Definitely stop by if you’re on the boardwalk bc you will not be disappointed. It definitely feels like a small business and I’m so happy to support that.“

“My family and I went to Rita's in Rio Grande this past Sunday for Sundae Sunday Night were all Sundae's were half price. Nearly all of the parking lot was full and there were about 7-8 people ahead of us, but we got to the cashier to place our orders in about 10 minutes. The cashier was very friendly while taking our orders and ringing us up. We each had sundaes and as always, the custard was absolutely delicious. All of the toppings were great as well with the exception of the gummy bears which were pretty rock hard. They were almost the consistency of JuJuBees. We will definitely be back for another round of Sundaes on Sunday in the future.“

“Buddys is Located inside of woodland village. What a super cute little place. Unfortunately we came after the rest of the village closed at 5pm. But buddys is open until 10pm. We were met by a cheerful young lady. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from, in ice cream and sorbet. I had brownie cookie dough and moose tracks. I wanted hot fudge but they only had chocolate syrup. My husband had raspberry sorbet. Both were delicious and reasonably priced! We will be back again when the village is open and for more ice cream. YUM“

“Continuing a family tradition with the next generation... the staff is incredible I loved hearing Lizzy tell stories about my grandfather and his custom designed banana split.... the mummers pin board was awesome and to see and feel my grandfather's mummers suit proudly on the wall was amazing. “The name says it all…very good ice cream!! Had 2 scoops of cannoli in a waffle cone which was huge! Best waffle cone I’ve had to date!! Parking is difficult but we had a driver and she had Baby Rasharda to keep her company!! I would have drove but I was day drinking Garage Beer all day, then we went for a boat ride and Captain Billy had me shook!! This place does get packed but it is worth the wait! Only thing that could make this place better while you wait would be to have Bieber continuously singing Yummy!!!“

“I'm a big fan of boba tea, so I've tried it from several places on the Wildwood boardwalk. In my opinion, theirs has the best taste and is actually served cold unlike a lot of other places on the boards. I asked for a medium and was literally $0.50 short. Most places would have told me not to worry about 50 cents, but it's a business, so I understand.“

I called in a day before to make sure that I could get a cake for my niece , and he confirmed the opening time was 11 am , I was early the next day for 10 minutes and surprisingly he opened the door at 1050 am and welcomed me in to sort me out ! The employees there are true warriors, or suffering from Stockholm syndrome.My friend and I decided to order the easiest things possible. Adults and kids are featured on there wall of fame next to other celebrities. The vanilla ice cream was the best I’ve ever had. Was a great stop during the Irish Fall Festival.“

“When I was on the Wildwood Boardwalk I was surprised when I came across something called “Polish Water Ice” I’ve heard of Italian ice but never Polish ice so I decided to give it a try. It is much smoother and almost creamy like it was also sweeter. I would recommend you stop for some Polish Water Ice on a hot day.“

“Had the pleasure of coming here with a good friend today. I am a cappuccino snob, this was one of the best I’ve had stateside in a LONG time. The Ricotta jam toast was the perfect combination of sweet (blueberries were just perfect) and creamy. Adorable location with a beautiful view that just cant be beat. Kind staff, quick service too.
