“I ordered a yeero with Greek fries, a dessert, and smoothies from Summit Greek Grill using UberEats. The food arrived fresh and flavorful (I adore the hint of lemon and the feta cheese for the Greek fries!). Unfortunately, our driver forgot our smoothies. I was writing it off as a loss with plans to contact Uber, when I received a phone call from the manager of the restaurant, Ali. He was emphatic that he wanted to make things right by us, took my name and phone number, and personally delivered the drinks to my door. Ali made sure to call us along the way, letting me know he closed the restaurant to bring my food. My boyfriend tried to offer him a tip as a thank you, but he denied it and even called me back to apologize that my boyfriend ran out in the cold without a jacket. I will most certainly be frequenting this restaurant often, both for the amazing food and stellar customer service! Oompah! 🇬🇷“

“The most amazing and delicious Turkish Breakfast I ever had. Not only in New Jersey area. I’ve tried lots of places in the Tri-State area and it’s definitely 5 Stars. Everything is homemade. There’s a lot of food when you order Turkish Breakfast. The cheese on the platter is very rich. Definitely try the Turkish eggy toast. It’s absolutely so yummy. It’s only on Sundays 10:00am-2:00pm. The atmosphere is fantastic. Especially for any kind of showers or parties. I’ve found out they have 2 more locations in Cliffside Park,NJ & Livingston,NJ as well. The owner is super nice and he welcomes and is so polite to customers. The prices are very reasonable. They have a huge parking lot. Handicapped customers are welcome to restrooms and parking lot.“

“This hidden gem is cozy and delicious. The servers welcome you like family, to a tucked-away, intimate dining space. Service is both smooth and friendly. The spanakopita are melt in your mouth delicious, and the varied color of the black and white sesame seeds on top offered a nice contrast and a good crunch. The hummus is fresh and creamy, while the capers and olives on top offer a wonderful zing. Served with warm, fresh pita…yum. The grilled halloumi with apricot jam and toasted walnuts is not to be missed. The zucchini chips are thinly sliced and lightly battered, and cooked to perfection. They melt in your mouth. We love to order a fresh and zesty salad, with lemon and dill and crumbled feta in great balance. They make a great side of perfectly crisp falafel to go with it. The burrata salad is also outstanding, with fresh arugula, toasted pine nuts, and a delicious balsamic glaze to finish it off. My kids love the Greek fries with feta. Don’t miss the homemade baklava ice cream, or the bougatsa, a flaky baked custard, for a tasty finish to the meal. This restaurant is such a find. They treat you to caring service and consistently excellent food. They really care about the experience they create for their patrons. This is a hidden gem.“

“After a tasty round of appetizers including tangy baked Fava beans, creamy smooth hummus, baba ghanoush and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside falafel, we feasted on two lamb dishes, one of which was perfectly grilled, and an order of couscous with vegetables. I still remember today how great everything tasted. Service was friendly and efficient and the decor included lamps and accessories imported from Morocco. Portions were generous and they provide containers for the leftovers. You can only eat so much! Highly recommended.“

“Hidden gem in Caldwell! I stopped by for lunch and ended up becoming a regular. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste super fresh, and the flavor is on point every single visit. I love their mixed gyro platter, it comes piled high and tastes incredible. The employees are welcoming and make you feel taken care of. If you’re anywhere near Caldwell, do yourself a favor and try Gyro World.“

“This is a great little café/diner right next to the Westfield train station. We are fairly new to Westfield and went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were wowed by the wonderful customer service of our waitress, Cindy. She was very attentive, provided great order suggestions and also brought over their delicious housemade hot sauce to go along with our eggs. All the food we ordered was wonderful, including the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes, the egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll, and the Florentine omelette. The chef (maybe owner?), Ash even stopped by later on towards the end of our meal to check on how everything was. We meant to write this review right after that, but then never got around to it and when we went back today a few weeks later, we realized how much we needed to write this up! This time Kirsten and Cindy both helped us out, and Cindy remembered us by our orders from the last time even though we had only been here one time- very impressive and shows a great attention to detail and customer service. Ash came by also, and it was clear he remembered us as well. The food was fresh and tasty yet again (we got the French toast, egg and cheese sandwich, and Greek omelette this time) and the prices are great. This place is a gem and is definitely becoming one of our go-to spots!“

“I had a great experience. This was my second time visiting the restaurant. The first was for lunch, where I had a fantastic meal. This time, I brought the whole family —my in-laws, kids, and a couple of friends —and we had a blast. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. Truly a gem in Montclair. The atmosphere was great, too, thanks to the restaurant's design and spaciousness. I'm not sure if it's my age, but sitting in cramped spaces with tables and people right next to me and servers bumping into my chair every 30 seconds isn't the experience I'm looking for anymore. Allegory provides you with the complete opposite experience, with comfortable, spacious seating. This is my new go-to spot. Can't wait to check out the dinner option. I'm sure it's going to be awesome.“
