“After finishing the kids' new school registration, we stopped by this pizza place for lunch. It was probably the first lunch I'd ever had in this neighborhood. We'd just finalized the house contract, so I'd taken a bus from a hotel in New York City to get here early in the morning.

Both my kids and I wanted a slice of Margherita pizza. But they only had two slices left! I was about to just order something else. But a kitchen staff member who was about to take a break came back in and made us a pizza. They willingly baked a whole new pizza just for one slice of Margherita. That pizza was so delicious, I still can't forget the taste of that Margherita. We were hungry and tired, but it tasted even better because of the staff's kindness in baking a fresh pizza just for us, for that one slice.

Since then, we've become regulars here and still order the Margherita pizza. And honestly, the pizza is truly delicious. It's not just because we feel grateful that we keep coming back.“

“Orly at Bread Boutique just catered our brunch backyard wedding. Everything came out delicious and everyone mentioned how good the food was. I recommend the burekas, kale and cranberry salad, and the cookies (especially the macaroons). Orly was easy to reach and we are very happy we went with her company for catering.“

It’s a newer place on Main Street I have been meaning to check out and it didn’t disappoint. I made my own salad bowl with salmon that was cooked PERFECTLY truly amazing. Everything was so flavorful I ended up not even using the dressing I picked it simply wasn’t needed in my opinion so now I have some sauce to make something at home with! “Bareburger was an impromptu lunch spot that was unexpectedly great! We got the standard burger, and it was only $15 for the burger, fries + a drink during lunch (usually $21).

All around solid burger. The fries were perfection - crispy and salty. Ranch was great. Our soda was very flat but that’s okay.

“Stop the presses!! I found a great new restaurant where artistry trumps slinging hash. It’s Pop Empanada, re-christened Pop Pasta Supper Club on Thursdays and Saturday nights. On those days, Chef Nicolas Pescatore prepares a 6 course meal, and even if you don’t like every course, you will appreciate the artistry and the ambition. Tonight, the courses were 1. celery avocado salad (replacing salmon, which this landlubber doesn’t like), 2. shrimp empanada in a butter curry sauce, 3. pork belly confit, 4. raviolo-soft boiled egg center in a brown butter sage sauce, 5. brisket ragu paccheri pasta, and 6. dessert of frangelica panna cotta key lime shortbread crumble. The cost with tip is around $100 per person plus the cost of your BYOB. We wouldn’t pay that cost often, but it’s a welcome break from the restaurants where kitchen staff show up at 4 PM and are ready to serve at 5pm.“

Each and every piece created was a work of art with a burst of unique flavor from each and every mouthwatering morsel. It was like watching a master of magic and artistry at work as Chef Kim prepared each delicacy with expert care and creativity. To enhance our experience, Chef Kim entertained us not only during but after our omokase extravaganza with such warm-hearted hospitality and even created a special “birthday” hand roll for my sister. The manager also comp'd our mochi desserts which melted in our mouths. Giselle is the best cook and the delivery guy is a charm. I've never had any bad experiences with my visits here or when I order for delivery. This place is always clean, too.Sometimes they DO get overwhelmed with a lot of customers (because their food is so good!) and you may wait a little longer than usual; but they still work very hard, diligently and follow the CDC health guidelines. “I really like Lucas Sin, so I was expecting this place to be a little more. My expectations aside, the staff was overworked even after 8:30pm, but they were still courteous. I would say this place would still rank much better than Panda Express (there's one down the street), given that this is kind of like a make-your-own type of place (think Sweetgreen, DIGG, etc.) but with a proper Chinese flair (again, contrast with Panda Express).

I would say that the seating area was a little not well-maintained, but you are served with a bowl used for a take-out anyway, so just take it to a place you feel more comfortable eating.
