“We have been to Made in Italy many times during all of the ownership changes. We have been for dinner, had graduation parties and gone for dessert only. We were so happy to hear that it was open at night again. My husband recently had knee replacement and was itching to get out. We decided to go for coffee/dessert at Made in Italy. He struggled to get in the car and out when we arrived. It was 8:30 Saturday night when they close at 10. There were over 15 tables open - we asked to be seated for coffee and dessert only to be told they don’t do that. They wouldn’t seat us - they gave us their card and told us to check the menu when we got home- which we did. The second paragraph of the website says - stop by just to have a cup of our gourmet coffee. They had many tables open and preferred to turn us away. Needless to say - we will not be going back.“

“I go every day for breakfast, Maria is fantastic, the guys are great, food is delicious, they know who I am , very respectful and always so nice , great place, whoever helps at counter is always polite but I usually get Maria because I go at 6 am“

Holy Schlitz! This is the best pastrami I've ever tasted including Katz's, Carnegie Deli (70s-90s), & Harold's of Raritan (80s-2010s)! If you've not gone, GO!!! I won't steer you wrong. It's tender, juicy, fresh, and has so much flavor! It's the Kobe of Pastrami! Sorry, didn't try the corn beef or knish but maybe next time. I got the $15.95 sandwich plus one Lb of pastrami $26.95. Tax is 6.625%. I paid cash but they do take cc. Just GO!“

My wife and I got a bowl and we both loved it. If you are looking for a counter style Mediterranean place to eat this is a fantastic choice! All the food is made fresh. My wife ordered pita chips and falafel on the side and both were made fresh when we ordered. The pita chips were thick and super crispy. The falafel was incredibly moist too. Highly recommend!“

“I had the Taylor ham, egg, and cheese with hash browns on an everything bagel from DB Breakfast and wow, it was absolutely amazing. The sandwich was perfectly balanced: crispy hash browns, flavorful Taylor ham, and gooey melted cheese all stacked between a fresh, toasted everything bagel. Every bite was packed with flavor and satisfaction.

If you’re looking for a next-level breakfast sandwich that hits all the right notes, this one is it. Highly recommend.“

The way the employee handled it by offering to give it to him free of charge and he could come back and pay if he enjoyed it really intrigued me. Made me think these must be spectacular hot dogs and he knows it. So I took the 5 hour 250 mile round trip from my home to see for myself. Well these dogs were just amazing 🤩 perfect snap on the dog and the chili was just spectacular. The two women that were working the counter were simply wonderful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back. I would have to say they’re in my top 3 hot dog joints. I wanted my husband who’s from Baltimore to try zeppole, he’s never heard of it and for me, growing up in Bk and Staten Island it was one of my childhood favs. They didn’t have any made when I asked about it which was fine but while I was in conversation with their delivery driver the owner came out with some. He actually went out of his way to make me some zeppole, and it was delicious and extremely nostalgic for me. He has no idea how that made my day and brought back so many memories to me. Their food is delicious, atmosphere warm and friendly. I recommend this place and we will be back.“

“I was excited to get warm with soup after Pompton Lakes’ Holiday Stroll. I got the Hot Lemongrass Beef Pho. This is hands down the best pho I’ve had since leaving California. Boiling Pho is legit!! The noodles were chewy and not soggy. The beef brisket was so tender. The sliced beef was fresh. The broth was immaculate on a cold night and super flavorful. Nothing beats a good bowl of pho. I can’t wait to include this place in my weeknight dinner rotation! Thank you for the great food, atmosphere, and service!!“
