“Love this place, looks like it was lifted from Brooklyn and placed in this corner. It’s cozy and very eclectic, uniquely furnished, has a bunch of tiny unique items scattered through the space for sale, like candles, flower vases, other small decorative item. More importantly they have a menu with a variety of beverages and pastries and I believe sandwiches (not quite sure if I saw sandwiches on the menu but definitely a variety of pastries). This is going to be my new goto spot“

“Sometimes, it is the name that attracts us to a particular restaurant. We were drawn to Terry's & were pleasantly surprised at this wonderful gem 💎❤️ of a coffee ☕️ shop!
The staff were friendly, pleasant & attentive. They serve some of the best coffee ☕️ in a casual, comfortable atmosphere! Very reasonable prices as well!

“We visited on vacation and was definitely worth the walk. Wonderful pastries, super friendly staff and delicious coffee! I did take out for the family, breakfast sandwiches they come on 3 diff kinds of bread options made fresh there. Fresh juices are available and lots of customization options. Easy to get double egg, turkey, ham or bacon. The go to breakfast sport. Wish I had one back home. Omelots also available as a bonus. Very reasonably priced and great mineral water options in the fridge.“

“Insane value for the money. The 11 dollar weekday lunch special is a better portion of food than I’ve seen anywhere outside of select shops in Chinatown, and it comes with ceviche or soup, a rice and beans plate with steak or chicken or pork, and a drink. Crazy! The lomo saltado was fantastic too, and was enough food to feed 4 people easily (and was only 18 bucks). Some of the best Peruvian food I’ve had outside of Peru.“

“My co-worker and I had lunch here. We loved it. We had a bandeja paisa. We ordered the small one. It was big. We loved Paula. She was great. Friendly and very patient with my friend who doesn't speak Spanish. Great atmosphere and great service. I will definitely come back here when I am in town again.“

“We had chipotle mayo chicken box and Cajun honey chicken, it was amazing tasteful!! And I had beef dumpling for side but I shouldn't. Because the box was enough. Even, I couldn't finish my plate!!!! Very tasteful definitely recommended!!!!“

“I love this place, nice atmosphere, abundant food, and excellent serving staff. The girls are very empathetic. I always order rice with chicken, it is the best in the world, if you eat little I recommend sharing because it is very filling. “Vale’s Kafe & Kitchen is a hidden gem in Union City. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, like you’re visiting a friend. The service is professional and attentive. The food … oh so good! Clean and flavorful. The portions are just right, not outrageous. The coffee is also very good. The only setback I see is the entrance is not
accessible. I would suggest a ramp for those customers that have difficulty walking up/down steps. Also hours could be extended, say to include dinner on the weekend (Fri/Sat). Otherwise a must see.“
