“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.“

I ordered for pick up and was pulled into a meeting, causing me to come get my iced drink and hot sandwich 1 hour later than I was supposed to, leaving the drink melted and the breakfast sandwich cold. When I got there, Pedro didnt hesitate to offer to remake everything fresh for me. In a day where everything wasnt going my way, this gesture from him meant a lot to me.“

“I always passed by this place whenever I walk through the shops at Columbus Circle, but today I actually stopped by to sit and eat. It was actually super affordable, especially the lunch special with the soup and the small sandwich. My server, Christian, was very polite and helpful and I would definitely come here again! The ham and swiss sandwich was a taaaaad too spicy with the dijon mustard, but beyond that - honestly super good! Especially the butternut squash soup! :D“

“What a delightful little breakfast/brunch place!!! We went here straight from the airport on our way into town, luggage and all, and it was perfect! We sat in the little outside area with the fans because the A/C was broken inside. My mom ordered the Grey Dog’s Breakfast with her eggs scrambled, French toast, and bacon, and it’s served with home fries. I ordered the egg and cheese croissant minus the parsley (not my fave) and added bacon. I’m picky about my home fries, so the server offered me french fries instead. We had exactly zero complaints about our meal. The portions are big, the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, and the French toast had this sweet butter with it that I can’t even compare to anything because it was so unique and delicious. The home fries ended up being DELICIOUS. The French fries were also good. I enjoyed the seasoning on them as well. I’m not a big fan of the thing shoe string fries, but these were good! The three employees we encountered were all very friendly and I would be more than happy to eat here again any time.“

“Had a great experience at Lost Draft Coffee Shop in NYC! I ordered a latte and was really impressed with the flavor. It had a smooth, rich taste with just the right balance of espresso and oak milk, making it a really enjoyable drink from the first sip to the last. I got it with an extra shot and no additional flavors so I got a nice true taste of it all.

The shop has a great atmosphere and is a perfect spot to stop in for a quality coffee while exploring the city. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, and the latte definitely delivered.

“This is a 10/10 breakfast spot. I’ve never had Nepalese food before, and Cafe Catmandoo blew me away. I had the Catmandoo Breakfast special and I’m not usually a fan of chickpeas but I ate the ENTIRE thing. Staff is very friendly, they accommodated our large party of 9 people within 10-15 minutes. “After a day of sightseeing in NYC, we decided to check out Hoboken for a quick bite. Found this place that looked pretty cheery inside. We ordered two chef bowls, bulgogi and the beef bowl. The beef was juicy, but a bit overcooked for my taste, but the rest of the bowl was very tasty! The Bulgogi bowl was outstanding! Meat was flavorful, but not overpowering like what bulgogi usually tends to be. Staff was very kind and inviting!“

“My first time here I had the combo with half chicken salad sandwich and chestnut and mushroom soup. It sounded very earthy, but everything was light and delicate, and very flavorful with well balanced seasonings. My iced Cortado was also very good. The half and half combo made an excellent lunch. It looked like the whole sandwiches were generous portions. Bright and spacious and casual atmosphere.“

“Came in on a Sunday afternoon and had a pleasant experience. They have fast, free wifi and reasonable drink prices. I opted for the iced matcha latte (per usual), and they sweetened it with honey for free which was nice. The matcha was very smooth and yummy.

I felt so bad because I spilled my drink when moving seats to get closer to an outlet, and there was still at least half of the drink left. They kindly cleaned up the mess and even made me another drink, despite me insisting it was okay. Really appreciated it :)

“As someone with a serious sweet tooth, I was not prepared for the sheer amount of dessert temptation waiting inside Posh Pop Bakeshop. I found myself slightly overwhelmed, in the best way, by the creative flavor combinations, variety and absolutely massive size of some of the treats on display.

If you’re looking for unique desserts in Midtown, this is definitely a place to check out. Brownies, cookies, cakes and other over-the-top sweets fill the cases, and everything is gluten-free, which honestly makes the selection even more impressive.

Self-control is definitely a challenge here! I spotted several things I wanted to try and had the hardest time deciding. I actually ordered one thing, changed my mind, then somehow ended up right back with my original choice.

It turned out to be delicious, decadent and SUPER rich. I could only manage a few bites before deciding to save the rest for later, which also meant I got to enjoy it twice.
